Are you on diet? try this Best Greek Salad Recipe

This is one of my favorite Salad Recipe. Greek Salad is wonderful addition to you meal. It is made of simple ingredients like ripe tomato, crunchy cucumber, pepper, olive and lettuce in addition to the must ingredients smooth, and soft Feta cheese made from sheep milk. The dressing is simple some citrus and olive oil. Try this simple delicious Greek Salad recipe and you will never stop making it.
I used cherry tomatoes because they release less water into the salad than larger tomatoes would. Yu can also seed your cucumber if you like to make it less watery, but I like the seeds in.
Kalamata olives is traditional olive and commonly used in Greek, but you can use any olive you like.

Greek Salad Ingredients:

½ large English cucumber, chopped
1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved or sliced
2 sweet peppers, chopped
6-8 leaves romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup green olives, pitted and sliced
½ cup black olives, pitted and sliced
(4 ounce) feta cheese, diced

4 Tbsp olive oil, or to taste
1 ½ Tbsp vinegar
1 ½ Tbsp lemon juice
salt and black pepper to taste
