Can James Webb space telescope Find Planet 9?

Current science has only discovered 8 planets orbiting our sun, so can James Webb Space Telescope finally find planet 9?
After decades of waiting, the most powerful space telescope ever built went into orbit on December 25, 2021, just in time for Christmas, replaced the Hubble telescope.
Its important goal is to observe the most distant objects in the Universe beyond the research capabilities of current ground instruments and space telescopes.
Another goal is to understand star and planet formation.
If James Webb can find a planet very far away, it proves that James Webb is worth the cost of astronomy to create it, and there will be a lot of interesting things to study.
If planet 9 does exist out there, then the James Webb Space Telescope is a machine most likely to find it.
