Metal bracket flies off 18-wheeler into family car with toddler inside

What happened? A van driving down the highway, actually headed to McDonald's. Before I know it, I look up and there's a ratchet holder coming through the front windshield. Came through the front windshield, hit the back seat, hit the back windows, and pretty much just demolished a bunch of things. And the little one in there? The little one was in the truck. I was in the truck. God, thank you, we made it. Everybody was okay. Now, the little one was sitting behind you, but you had a younger one earlier. Right. That would have been sitting directly in that seat. Just happened to drop him off and just so happened to drop him off 15 minutes prior to being here. Lucky. Someone arrived with you that day. Okay.
