Yeah, Kurt, a portion of the road is closed in front
of the late Brooke Hanlon's home here on Pottersville Road in Chester.
There are about a dozen vehicles on scene here,
most of them unmarked, one clearly labeled Sheriff.
We asked the prosecutor's office
for an update. We're told there is none.
A neighbor told us this renewed scene started yesterday.
It's very quiet here right now.
We had drone 12 up before, but we're in such a secluded area,
we can't even send the video back to you. We can tell you what we saw.
Officers at the Red House on Pottersville Road,
that's the address where the 911 call came in Saturday, June 6th.
In that call, Hanlon's husband is heard saying he found
his wife bloodied on the second floor of the home
with a large cut below her breast.
The dispatcher talks him through CPR.
But five months later, there's still a shocking lack
of information on what happened that day.
No details on a suspect.
The autopsy, reviewed by News 12 in October,
confirmed Hanlon's death was a homicide caused by sharp force injuries.
Hanlon's obituary confirms she and her husband have a daughter.
As far as what we see today, a few officers walking around.
Have not seen any getting into or out of the house.
Now, the road is closed at the homes immediately before
and after 339 Pottersville here in Chester.
As for why that is, the prosecutor's office just told
us it's police enforcement, law enforcement operation,
and the road is too narrow for through traffic.
But they shared no updates on the Hanlon case.
We'll certainly let you know when we learn more here in Chester.
