Reflecting on a bittersweet and incredible journey, the speaker concludes their term by identifying the Voting Rights Act for the National Education Council as the first priority for signing.
Well, I have a lot
of confidence in the 1,500
local professional
bipartisan that
have been running our elections for decades
and are running our elections today along
with
those
83
counties.
It's been a bittersweet.
It's been an incredible journey.
These nations, I believe, joined me on this journey long ago,
and here we are now on this
final day.
But I'm also
really great,
so I understand
in this moment
that the first
bill I'd like
to sign is the Voting Rights Act
for the National Education Council.
Happy Election Day.
