Good Monday evening. I'm Chief Meteorologist Emily Walls.
We are seeing rising temperatures
overnight, so a lot of us are going to climb
into the low to mid-60s by the time we wake up
tomorrow morning. We are counting
on the cloud cover sticking around, and there's still a chance
that we could be seeing a couple isolated rain showers tonight,
but a much better chance of
rain is going to be here tomorrow,
specifically during the afternoon, the evening hours when
scattered showers, maybe even a couple rumbles
of thunder could be possible for your election day.
Here's a look at the forecast in detail.
So we're starting off the day in the mid-60s.
We're going to be in the upper 60s by 10, near 70 by 1,
and eventually most of us are going to find our high temperatures
in the afternoon probably creeping into the lower 70s,
so very warm by November standards.
Typically for this time of the year,
your average high temperature is right around 54 degrees.
Average low temperatures are now in the upper 30s,
so we're staying well above that for tomorrow.
But again, just be prepared for some passing showers.
If you're heading out to the pools tomorrow, which hopefully you are.
Satellite and radar right now, we have
a couple isolated showers off to our west.
That's going to set the tone for the overnight.
Seven-day forecast tomorrow, 72,
65 degrees with shower chances Wednesday morning.
Then we'll see a drying trend going into your Thursday.
Small chance for a couple isolated showers,
otherwise mostly cloudy, 56.
And then we are going to be in the mid-50s
as we go into the upcoming weekend.
