Utah Files Criminal Charges Against Prediction Market CEO

The state to my north, Utah, is not playing around anymore. Utah has issued criminal charges against the two prominent runners of Kalshi. They're not suing in, this is not a civil court matter. This is a criminal court matter. They're going to have to show up to answer criminal charges in Utah if they are convicted of what they are being accused of in Utah. They could send the CEO of Kalshi to prison, jail in Utah. They are not playing anymore up there. This is the most aggressive since we have had legalization in America. And we're coming for it all. We're not just coming for your money. We're not coming for your license. We're not coming for your ability to operate in the state. We are coming for your freedom. We're going to lock you up for what you are doing in our state. It is one of the most remarkable things in the history of sports gambling legalization in prediction markets since we've been covering this for three years. We have a state issuing. A criminal charge against a CEO for operating in their state. It is wild with what's going on with Utah.
