AI GeneratedThis morning's weather report highlights patchy fog affecting areas like Ocean City, which may impact early commutes. While the morning starts cloudy and cool, the day will transition to sunshine with highs in the low to mid 70s. A warming trend continues into Friday, followed by a cooler, dry weekend and a favorable forecast for Halloween.
Alright, 4:45 now this morning.
Let's get you out towards Ocean City and there is some
of that fog we've been talking about Taylor this morning.
We are seeing that as you can see out towards Ocean City,
Maryland out on the boardwalk.
Yes, and we do have it in a couple of spots.
So that's a good visual right there of everyone seeing it.
But one of those situations,
some of you are getting some of that patchy fog.
So that could certainly impact your morning commute early on today.
And I will at least have that spread through about
the late morning hours. Otherwise, starting out the morning,
a cloudy if you're not seeing that fog, we're at 58 degrees in DC with
light winds checking with temperatures it is much cooler north
and west with temperatures dropping
to the 40s for some of you like Frederick you're
in the low 40s there we're at 46 degrees or excuse
me 56 degrees right now in DC 49 for Bowie uh 54 for Dale City
and currently at 50 degrees in
Leonardtown we'll check in with radar once again we won't have much
to talk about outside of that
fog and also the cloud coverage
this morning eventually we'll break out the sunshine again
today and that will really help warm us up
and jump above the average high compared to the 60s
we dealt with yesterday. Low 70s for the afternoon
as it eventually turns sunnier as the day goes on,
so don't be surprised if the morning's cloudy,
but then the afternoon is significantly nicer.
Winds remain light with high temperatures getting
into the low to mid 70s for most of you.
Tomorrow should be even warmer. The Friday will
be the warmest day of the entire week,
so if you are a warm weather fan,
tomorrow is going to be your day before it turns cooler
throughout the weekend.
So on the heels of that, I do think we are going to see some changes.
The weekend turns cloudy, cooler,
but still dry through the Halloween forecast.
And then heading into next week, eventually towards the end,
we'll bring back the mention for maybe some rain showers.
Up until then, things are still looking dry.
Warm and breezy for your Friday.
Halloween trick-or-treating forecast looking good, too.
Heads up, we do fall back with the clocks this weekend.
We gain that extra hour of sleep, though, heading into Sunday morning.
And then look at that.
It looks very pleasant as we warm back
to the 70s by Tuesday and Wednesday.
