James Kaufman discusses a recent uptick in seismic activity, linking it to a planetary alignment involving the moon, Mercury, and Jupiter. He focuses on significant earthquakes near Papua New Guinea and the rising continent of Zealandia, while also analyzing the difference between natural seismic events and man-made explosions and noting activity on the Garlock Fault.
James Kaufman, World News Report Today.
Ladies and gentlemen,
those that follow my lives or my space weather videos know about
the planetary alignment that starts today, goes into the 14th and 15th.
We have the moon lining up with Mercury and Jupiter on the other side
of our star, and that's going to cause, well, a lot of havoc.
We guaranteed an earthquake uptick.
And wouldn't you know it, it's already started.
the 13th that would be my go day the 14th
and 15th look worse we have a 6-4 here and a huge
swarm here largest being a 6-3 the 6-4 is near Papua New Guinea
and they have it at a default
depth of 10 kilometers i'm going to actually zoom
in and take a look at this other area here
which is Zealandia the eighth continent
that's rising out of the ocean all right it looks like
this swarm down here uh with the largest quake being
in six three is at the end of a plate
tectonic boundary and this is Zealandia
the eighth continent trying to rise we're not counting this
we'd have nine total when we put them
in the largest first we see that six three and i don't
see a tsunami warning but we have eight eight large
or decent sized earthquakes right there
at the end of that plate tectonic boundary now Zealandia
is a continent that does this that is
rising out of the sea currently
and for new folks i will show you what that looks like
All right, the high points of that are going
to be New Zealand, but of course, right?
And New Caledonia, the two islands.
But that's all going to pop up.
Where's Zealandia?
And it actually goes all the way up to Fiji,
the Tonga area up here, slightly north.
And I will move it slightly north so you can see.
And it goes across and then back down.
And it's going to leave a straight,
a small strait between Australia and Zealandia.
Now, timing is everything.
This could take 1,000 years.
This could take 100,000 years.
I can't answer that.
But Zealandia is rising.
New Zealand has already made a play on some of the more shallow areas,
claiming that those are their continental shelves,
although they're not a continent.
So that makes that claim a little bit difficult.
All right, we still have a 5-4 over the Philippines,
a 5-0 in the Philippines,
jumping down to that 6-4 here on that plate tectonic boundary
with all of the volcanoes active under it.
That's magma movement under the volcanoes.
And that's about where Zealandia ends
before you get to Papua New Guinea.
Again, it includes New Caledonia and New Zealand here,
which both have active volcanoes on them.
You can see that the plate ends, well, they have the plate ending here.
The USGS has the plate ending here, I guess.
Maybe it does end here.
So this is the 6-3 swarm with currently eight earthquakes,
and this is the 6-4.
We'll get some detailed information about the 6-4 quake.
Alright, there's that 6-4 magnitude earthquake near Papua New Guinea.
Our earthquake details were provided by the USGS.
81 seismic stations caught this one.
But given a depth of 10 kilometers, which is a default depth,
meaning they can't determine how deep it is,
it released 3.8 atomic bombs worth of energy.
We can be sure that the 6-3 was close to that,
but obviously not as powerful.
So, two very powerful quakes over in the,
well, Zealandia area that's rising.
Now, remember how I mentioned that with a real earthquake,
it starts off smaller,
and the largest band follows that, and then it tapers off?
And remember how I said yesterday we had that 4-4-4-1,
whatever you want to believe,
and the largest line was that first line?
Well, that indicates it's a man-made situation.
I don't know what they're up to over there.
I know there's a lot of pressure on that Garlock Fault.
This is typical earthquake seismogram here.
And, hey, it's exactly what you're looking for to prove it's
an earthquake versus some sort of man-made atomic bomb or bomb.
The first line would be the biggest if it was a bomb.
Now, remember, this is the end
of that plate tectonic boundary that goes nowhere.
It will probably reposition itself to the north.
And these are the swarms
of earthquakes we've seen over the last few years
that are associated with that plate just ending.
The 7-2 there, the 7-4 there, the 7-0 there.
Obviously, the older ones are in yellow and the newer ones are in red.
The darker you get, the newer the quake.
Here is our 6.4 right here.
All right.
Although we only had a few reports,
and you can see the waves extending out,
they're only feeling a very small earthquake.
They believe 86,000 people plus felt this earthquake.
Again, we only have a few official reports.
although well over 80 seismic stations did pick it up
the reason i teach you guys how to tell
a man-made bomb or blasting versus an earthquake is because i want
y'all to be ahead of the bunch
let's compare earthquake data
from different agencies start out with the usgs default depth
6-4 germany default depth 6-4 raspberry shake
6.3 default depth, Europeans a 6.4 default depth
everybody chimed in on this one uh we've got
the Indonesian government a 6.7 they're right on
top of things over there too 44 kilometers
of depth they probably are closer to the real deal
there the French came in at 6.49 i've never seen them come
in stronger than the USGS
tells me that this quake might have been a lot stronger i
also have a default depth of 10
kilometers and the Australians came
in at 6.4 i think they'd be right on top of that too
10 kilometer default depth and the Italians came in at 6.3 plus
or minus 0.2 so it could have been
a 6.5 could have been a 6.1 uh and that was at 23 kilometers
of depth so in summary here we have a
Large 6.4, Papua New Guinea area, default depth,
on a plate tectonic boundary, also below erupting volcanoes.
We have a swarm of eight earthquakes below several erupting volcanoes
at the end of a plate boundary.
I believe the plates will actually connect this way here.
And we do have an honorable mention for the day.
All right, our honorable mention is this 4.3,
again, on the Garlock fault here.
We had a swarm where the San Andreas meets the Garlock yesterday,
but a 4.4 that was downgraded to a 4.1.
Now on that same fault that's so important,
the Garlock fault, we've got a 4.3.
This is where all the break-off is going to happen.
Berlin becomes the new West Coast,
as is predicted by almost all geologists.
These are very important.
You can see that they're allowing blasting all around to try to,
well, release some of the pressure in the area.
And it doesn't look like it's working real well.
That is an honorable mention.
That said, God bless.
Please share, folks.
Thumbs up.
Buy us a cup of coffee.
Come on now.
And remember, anything's possible in Bizarro World.
