This report discusses allegations that the FBI has covered up the truth regarding the murder of Seth Rich. It claims that Rich was the actual source of the DNC and Hillary Clinton emails leaked to WikiLeaks, rather than Russian actors, and that the FBI is illegally withholding evidence, including two of Rich's laptops, to protect \"deep state\" interests.
James Kaufman, World News Report today.
The FBI knows who killed Seth Rich.
Shouldn't you?
Not according to Kash Patel and his goons at the FBI.
The FBI has lied about everything they could,
from there being an investigation at all that was ongoing,
to not having any of his laptop computers,
along with any and everything else.
Of course, the FBI knows who did it
and always had two of Seth Rich's computers.
And it's about time America knows, too,
even if Kash Patel insisted on continuing to try
to hide the information from the American patriots.
We all know those two computers
that the FBI denied even having in their possession
prove that Seth Rich was in fact
the person that leaked Hillary Clinton
and the DNC emails to Assange, not Russia.
Attorney Ty Clevenger identified a huge blunder by the FBI
which he hopes will mandate discovery in the Seth Rich case.
Why is the FBI director, Kash Patel, doing everything within his power
to make sure no discovery can be done on the Seth Rich case?
Very, very strange.
Attorney Ty Clevenger has been working
on the Seth Rich case for a decade now.
The deep state actors running the government continue to stall
and defy court orders, and Clevenger continues to demand justice.
It is believed that Seth Rich is a pivotal key to the Russia
collusion coup attempt of the first Trump administration.
The deep state DOJ and FBI have gone through extreme efforts
to cover up any information they have on Seth Rich.
Many believe that Seth Rich is the person who transferred the DNC
and HRC emails to WikiLeaks during the 2016 election.
He was a Bernie fan who worked at the DNC at that time.
He was reportedly upset at what the DNC was doing to Bernie.
On July 10, 2016, Rich was found shot in the back due
to what law enforcement labeled as a burglary,
and yet his wallet, phone, and watch were left on his person.
This is around
the same time WikiLeaks began dropping damaging DNC emails
that showed the inner ugly workings of the Hillary Clinton campaign.
It is believed that Seth Rich forwarded emails
from Podesta to WikiLeaks as well.
We all know without a doubt that it's a lie to claim
that the Russians were involved in the transfer of these emails.
There is simply no evidence that Russia was involved,
and there never has been any evidence that Russia was involved.
I remember them trying to prosecute
a few Russians that lived in Russia.
What a joke, right?
You may also remember that Seth Rich was said
to be alive at the hospital after arriving there,
but after having quote-unquote visitors,
he did not make it through the night.
Many people think that Hillary wanted to deflect attention away
from her email scandal and the contents of her emails.
She also wanted to punish whoever sent those emails to WikiLeaks.
This is why many believe Seth Rich was murdered.
Attorney Ty Clevenger, for years,
has doggedly gone after information held by the Deep State FBI
and DOJ that they refused to release related to Seth Rich's murder.
It is the law that documents related to Seth Rich and any investigation
must be released to the public per Clevenger's FOIA request.
But the deep state and DOJ keep hiding these documents from the public.
The DOJ, under new management, is still withholding these documents.
But Clevenger reports that the FBI made
a huge blunder in some of their paperwork.
Here's Clevenger's update today.
The FBI has a big problem on its hands with the Seth Rich case.
Huddleston v. the FBI.
Last week, I wrote about how the feds
are trying to squash our discovery request.
But there's a silver lining.
Clevenger went on.
If I'm right about the law,
the FBI may soon have to release a lot of damning documents
to answer a lot of really embarrassing questions.
By the way, the courts generally prohibit discovery in FOIA cases,
but there are exceptions.
I was banking on those exceptions, but I submitted the FOIA request,
and I was expecting the FBI to fight me tooth and nail.
The feds lived up to those expectations,
but they also made a really big blunder.
I didn't notice at first, but they put all their eggs in one basket,
and that basket had some really big holes in it.
Several court opinions have distinguished between FOIA cases
that seek specific records
versus FOIA cases that seek injunctive relief for a pattern
or practice of FOIA violations.
Discovery is typically restricted in the former type of case,
but not the latter.
Our case has both types of claims,
but our discovery is only targeted at the latter claims.
This means our FOIA requests should be upheld
because these are normally permitted FOIA requests.
The FBI's only argument for resisting discovery
is that discovery should be prohibited in all FOIA cases,
regardless of the circumstances.
But they didn't do their homework as usual.
Why are they fighting
so hard not to release the investigation about Seth Rich?
And the conclusions that they came to?
Well, they have a very weak argument,
and case law is against them in every way.
It also turns out that they have a much bigger problem on their hands.
A party resisting discovery must specifically object to each
and every FOIA discovery request,
giving specific reasons for each objection.
The FBI didn't take the time to do that.
The law is very clear that failure
to do this will result in waiver of all the objections.
In other words, the law says the FBI should
be ordered to fully answer each and every question
and produce each and every requested document
because it failed to make specific objections.
Each asserted only one general objection,
and even that objection is a turd.
So, why does this matter?
Our discovery requests are a rectal examination for the FBI,
demanding documents and answers about every dirty scheme the FBI has
ever employed to hide information from the public and from Congress.
Senator Chuck Grassley has been trying to get his hands
on this specific information for years without any luck.
I've posted the discovery request below.
I've also posted our motion to compel
the FBI to comply with the discovery.
And I encourage all my colleagues to grade my homework
and let me know whether they think my analysis is correct.
Finally, a few words about Kash Patel.
People who know him tell me he's a great guy.
I believe them.
I probably enjoy hanging out with him.
And we would probably be friends.
But there's a problem.
I have a lot of friends who don't need to be the director of the FBI.
It's painfully clear that Cash is in way over his head
and he's not getting the job done.
I've been fighting the FBI's dirty tricks for nine years now,
multiple lawsuits.
And you know, nothing has changed since Kash took over.
The FBI is still playing the same dirty little tricks, and the deep
state is just biding its time until the Democrats regain power.
Cash has no power. Cash had his chance, and now it's time for a change.
Again, the FBI has done everything in its power
to keep this further request from fruition,
but it may be backed into a corner,
although it will probably be nothing but blacked out pages.
Will someone please tell Kash Patel what's going on, or ask him,
or is he too busy at his boyfriend's house in Las Vegas
to help America, or could he be compromised, or just a traitor?
Will the FBI finally release
the information they're required to release by law?
Well, it took years to find out that the FBI had not one, but two
of Seth Rich's laptops, although they denied ever having one.
We all already know why.
The computers prove that Russia was never involved
and HRC should be under a prison somewhere.
It's time that the American patriots and the American
public finally find out what the FBI has known all along.
Seth Rich was murdered for releasing HRC
and DNC emails to WikiLeaks, period.
