A Soros-backed prosecutor
who spent years hunting Donald Trump just opened his mail and found
federal grand jury subpoenas.
Reportedly, Larry Krasner, Philadelphia. Somebody get this man a
chair. And a lawyer. Several, actually.
He's going to need several of those. Yeah. So here's
the twist, guys. President Trump didn't do this.
A federal judge did this. In fact, Judge Paul
Diamond called Krasner's handling of a murder case troubling.
Oh, and who testified? Krasner's
own supervisors, even his own staff, guys.
Yeah, we're not going down with his ship.
Now, remember, this is the guy
who talked about blowing up President Trump's ballroom
and selling the pieces as souvenirs.
That sounds like a threat to me. In fact, great news, Larry,
you found a souvenir after all. It's called a subpoena.
Oh, in Philly? Philly is just the
appetizer. In Ohio, two weeks before election day,
Democrat Amy Acton's own mother went on
camera and said, do not vote for my daughter.
What? That is the worst thing to happen for her.
Acton, blame Vivek Ramaswamy.
Vivek Ramaswamy says, not me. Oh, and then James Carville,
you know, Democrats own raging Cajun.
He said he'd rather Republicans keep the house and see
socialists take his party hostage.
This is not a strategy, guys. This is a hostage video with
a Louisiana accent. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump,
he dropped his plan for the next two years.
seven big promises. Number one changes America forever.
J.D. Vance is out finding billions in
fraud like it's an Easter egg hunt.
And Texas, well, Ken Paxton versus James Tallarico,
it's a coin flip right now. So let's go ahead and recap, shall we?
Their DA is under investigation.
Their strategist, they're rooting for the other team.
Their candidate's own mother is campaigning
against her. Other than that, I pretty much say Democrats,
they're having a pretty good week.
They spent years coming after Donald Trump,
now justice is coming after them.
So today guys, we're going to connect every dot
the headline skipped, then you vote on
Trump's plan.
Now real quick, if you or someone you love is on Medicare
or turning 65 years old, check
out chapter, free Medicare help,
I left the phone number down below, average seniors saving
about $1,100 a year, the phone number is there on your screen,
909-563-8279, and I'm being
told that the best time to call right now
is on the weekend. Now, if you're new here,
go ahead and hit subscribe. Larry has to answer a federal jury.
All you got to do is tap one button.
You got the better deal. Now, if you enjoy the show,
hit like on the way out. Unlike Larry,
no lawyer required. So let's go, guys.
We got to start in Philadelphia. All right. So
picture a carrier walking into the district attorney's office,
thick envelope, official
seal, not a birthday card, not a coupon for half off of cheesesteaks.
Federal grand jury subpoenas.
This is what's reportedly landed at Larry Krasner's office.
So who in the world is Larry Krasner? Well,
he's the Soros-backed DA of one of the biggest cities in America.
And apparently he had a lot
of free time. Yeah, he had a lot of free time on his hands.
Enough free time to dream about tearing
down President Trump's ballroom
and selling the pieces like some chunks of the Berlin Wall.
Enough free time to talk about spending
your tax dollars chasing Trump and
pretty much everyone who ever shook his hand.
That's what you get for spending
so much time thinking about Trump's ballroom.
We're getting some other news that relates
to the Department of Justice and the DA in
Philadelphia, Larry Krasner. What can you tell us about that?
Yeah, this is another big story we're
following, Bill. We're told the DOJ
has recently sent grand jury subpoenas
to Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner's
office. The subpoenas confirmed by two sources briefed
are related to potential obstruction of
justice relating to the handling of cases before federal judge.
Now, this stems from a federal
judge referring Krasner
and his top deputy to the DOJ for a possible criminal probe relating to
allegations of perjury and obstruction of justice.
Now, federal judges referring a sitting district
attorney to the DOJ is rare.
DOJ declined to comment when asked for comment. And we have
reached out to the district attorney Krasner's office for comment,
but haven't heard back yet,
Bill, but something we're going to continue to follow.
David, thanks a lot to cover. David
Spahn in D.C. Thank you. And Paul Morrow joins us now.
Paul, what would that mean then for the
district attorney in Philadelphia?
Because he's a little bit of a lightning rod for controversy.
He is, and this could be very big trouble for him. Why?
Because at the very least, if he suffers a felony conviction under all
of this, he'll lose his license as an unlicensed attorney.
Obviously, he can't practice as the district attorney,
so he potentially loses his livelihood.
And then, of course, there are any criminal
or civil sanctions that could be brought by DOJ.
Let's recognize who he is, however.
As you said, there's a reason he's a lightning rod.
he's tremendously soft on crime anybody
who disagrees with him he calls a nazi that's a quote
he's so bad they took jurisdiction from septa
the philadelphia um the transportation system
away from him as primary jurisdiction they even tried
to put through a law at the state level to
take gun crimes in philadelphia away from him
that got blocked through party politics because
everybody recognizes the guy simply will not prosecute crime
and he does something else that
that we have to mention here he's one of the district attorneys
who says when it comes to
charging and asking for sentences we are going
to take into account immigration status so he
wants to keep the illegals here
who commit crimes never mind trying to help ice he's obstructing i
frankly i don't even understand how
that's constitutional the problem is in order to
fight that in court you'd have
a very unusual circumstance you'd have to have her meet dylan
head of civil rights division advocate on behalf
of native-born American perpetrators to say
they're getting a raw deal under the auspices
of what Krasner has set up. I don't see that
happening. And so he, Alvin Bragg,
and others get away with that tactic. He's a primary proponent
of this stuff. And he's one of the reasons
our blue cities are becoming unlivable war zones.
Wow. Meanwhile, Philly had actual criminals, real ones.
But sure, Larry, priorities. Now,
for years, he was the hunter.
Now, the Department of Justice is reportedly asking questions about
him. That's right, guys. It's funny how fast
the hunter becomes the hunted when somebody
finally reads the paperwork.
Now, Larry Krasner, he got some mail this week that he really didn't
want. So let me send you some mail that you'll actually like.
The Ron Yates Report newsletter,
it's totally free. No subpoenas, no court dates,
no lawyer on speed dial. You can join the Ron
report newsletter for free link in the description down below.
So how we get here guys, it starts
with a murder case. Back in 2009,
Dennis Johnson was convicted of killing a woman, second degree
murder. But then in 2022, Krasner's office stepped in.
They told the court Johnson deserved relief
because his lawyer hadn't done the job right.
Now picture this guys, four supervisors inside
Krasner's own office, sitting at a table,
reading that filing line by line. Oh, and their faces
drop. They find serious mistakes, things that just weren't even true.
Their advice was simple,
pull it back, tell the judge, say you're sorry.
That's it, kindergarten stuff. You spill the
juice, you clean it up. There's some paper
towels right behind me. Guys, look, look,
freeing a truly innocent person matters.
This is justice, but misleading a judge to do it,
that hurts everybody, victims and defendants alike.
So the office stood at a fork in the road,
fix it or bury it. Yeah, according to a federal judge,
they ended up picking the wrong one.
So who got blamed here? Not Larry. Of course not.
Larry doesn't do blame. Larry hands out blame.
Meet Jacqueline Mason, a prosecutor in that office.
Now, according to testimony, the judge
believed she saw the bus coming.
She saw whose name was on it, so she packed her desk and walked
out. But then it gets even worse.
Federal Judge Paul Diamond wrote that Krasner allegedly
pressured his staff to lie in court
and threaten consequences if they didn't play along. His own
people. Now, imagine your boss saying, hey, lie to the judge or else.
That's not an office. This
is like a mob movie with worse lighting.
So Judge Diamond kicked Krasner and his top deputy,
Matthew Stiegler, off the case.
But then he asked the Department of Justice to look at possible
perjury and obstruction. Now, to be fair, guys, nobody's been charged.
Krasner says the judge is
wrong and he's appealing. But here's the real question.
Larry isn't the only Soros-backed
prosecutor in America.
If one judge found all this on one office, then what's hiding in the
other offices? Now, you already know that one person
who always says nobody ever gets held
accountable, no one ever goes to jail.
Go ahead and send them this video right now. Go ahead and
send it to them right now
and tell them that a federal judge just proved them wrong. And then
hurry back because President Trump's plan is next and I want your vote.
So while Larry's dialing
lawyers, President Trump is calling plays.
Now picture this, guys. Trump's plane touches down
at 1 a.m. Most of us are asleep.
Some of us are asleep in the recliner with the remote still in
our hands. But by 4 a.m., he's up again.
He's working three hours of sleep, guys. I don't even
know how this man does it at 80 years old.
Meanwhile, half of Congress needs a nap after
reading a two-page memo.
At his rally, President Trump laid out his plan for the next two years.
Big stuff. Game-changing stuff. First up, fraud.
J.D. Vance is leading the hunt, and Trump says,
well, they've already found billions.
Billions, guys. In Minnesota, in California,
President Trump called it shooting fish in a barrel.
Now think about that, right? Billions
of your taxpayer dollars. Just sitting there,
like some loose change in a couch the size of Texas.
and for years, nobody even bothered to look.
Okay, so here's how this works, all right? I read you
each promise. You're the jury. Agree or disagree.
That's all you got to do, right? Drop your verdict
in the comments. All right, so let's go.
Promise number one. This is the big one. The no invasion
of our country act. Here's what it does.
No future president could ever open the border again,
not with a pen, not within an executive order,
not with a teary speech about compassion given
from behind 12-foot gates at their own mansion.
Picture a gate, welded shut, bolted twice,
and the key tossed in the ocean.
So right now, the border works kind of like a light switch.
One president flips it off,
the next one flips it right back on. Every four years,
America plays a game of red light,
green light, and guess who keeps losing? You.
This is not a policy, guys.
This is a revolving door with a flag on it. Now, President Trump,
he wants it locked into permanent law.
And while we're at it, go ahead and fix the 2030 census.
only U.S. citizens should count toward House seats.
The census decides how much power each
state gets in Congress.
Count people who aren't citizens, and some states get bonus seats that
voters never earned. Do you guys agree?
Go ahead and comment number one. Promise number two,
your health care money back in your pocket.
Here's how it works, okay? So the government
takes your money and hands it to big insurance companies,
and then they hand you a bill and a
phone number and 45 minutes worth of really crappy hold music.
President Trump wants to stop paying
the big insurance companies and send that money straight to you.
You go ahead and buy your own
plan. And President Trump says that you'd have money left over
if he did this. Now picture this,
right? The check lands on your kitchen table,
not in some glass tower downtown where executives
argue about which yacht they're going to be buying this summer.
President Trump even said the
insurance companies own the Democrats,
which really does explain a whole lot, doesn't it?
Premiums go up, coverage goes down,
and the only thing getting healthier is their stock price.
This is the same story with taxes.
They take more and more money every year, and it's just never
enough. I mean, you could hand them your house,
your truck, your dog, and they would still ask
about the cat. Agree? Comment number two.
Promise number three, end cashless bail. Now picture this
guys. Someone gets arrested for a violent crime.
The cops, they do the hard work. The paperwork
gets filed. And before the ink's even dry,
he's strolling out the side door, waving, maybe even
grabbing a soda on the way home. This is cashless bail.
Gets arrested, get a hall pass. President
Trump wants it gone nationwide. But a ban needs a real minimum.
Otherwise, just some activist judge
sets a bail at $1 and calls it justice, $1.
You can't even park downtown for a dollar,
but apparently you can get out of jail for about the same amount.
Promise number four, the death penalty
for large-scale drug dealers, human traffickers,
and anyone who kills a police officer.
Now, many Americans would also add one more to that.
People who commit the worst crimes against children,
should they be on that list too?
Y'all let me know. Oh, and remember Larry Krasner?
Yeah, this is exactly why it matters.
who sits in that DA's chair. Agree? Comment three and four.
Now, promise number five, the Save America Act,
voter ID, and proof of citizenship to vote. Think
about it, guys. You need ID to buy cold medicine.
You need ID to get your tickets from the ticket
master from the box office. You need an ID to get a library card.
You need an ID to rent a car.
But to choose the president of the United States,
oh, sure, we trust you, sweetie. Vote for whoever
you want as many times as you want.
Not a citizen? What could possibly go wrong?
Promise number six,
no men in women's sports written into permanent law. Now,
picture a high school girl at the starting line,
years of 5 a.m. practices. She deserves a fair
race, not a participation trophy and some lecture.
Promise number seven, no transgender medical
procedures on our kids. Kids can't even get a tattoo.
They cannot buy cigarettes. They should
not be able to get this either. Now, here's my idea.
Don't cram all seven into one giant bill.
Make each one its own bill.
One bill, one vote, every name on record, and then we'll see exactly
who votes against voter ID.
Led by our great vice president, J.D. Vance. He's doing a great job.
And you know, we've already found billions,
many billions of dollars. It's sort of like
shooting fish in a barrel.
You look at Minnesota, you look at California.
Billions and billions of dollars is being found.
What a horrible thing took place.
What a horrible thing.
We will pass the No Invasion
of Our Country Act prohibiting any future president from
ever opening our borders to illegal immigrants again.
Never going to allow that again.
And we will pass a truly great health care plan
that will stop all payments to big insurance
companies which own the Democrats
and we will give the money directly to you the people so that
you can buy your own much better health care
and have lots of money left over and we will end this
is where it started horrible thing
no cash bail somebody kills somebody no cash bail can you even
believe it such a problem we will end it we will pass
the death penalty for large-scale drug
dealers, human traffickers,
and anyone who kills a police officer or law enforcement
official.
And we will pass the Save America Act to defend
our sacred American elections, and that will
include voter ID
and proof of citizenship.
And we will enshrine in permanent law no men in women's sports
and no transgender mutilation
of your children.
Now that's the list folks, 7 promises. All 7?
Which one is your number one? Let me know
down below.
Now let's go to Ohio guys,
because I have never seen anything like this. Two weeks before
election day, a video starts spreading.
In it, a mother looks straight into the camera
and says, do not vote for my daughter.
Her daughter is Amy Acton, the Democrat running
for governor. Her mother says Acton's hard luck childhood story
is stretched. You know
the one, 18 homes, a winter in a tent.
Mom says it's a sales pitch. Her mom, dude.
I want to be fair, they're estranged,
Acton says she was abused as a child in that home
and her brother confirms there was abuse.
Now that is serious, but I'm going to let
you weigh that for yourself.
Acton blame Vivek Ramaswamy for the video. Vivek says
he had nothing to do with it. A politician
turning down credit. Mark your calendars, guys.
But honestly, Ohio doesn't need a family video to judge Amy Acton.
She was the health director
during COVID. Schools shut, polling places closed,
families kept from their loved ones' bedsides.
Ohio does not need a reminder. Ohio was there.
An explosive moment at a town hall event
for Vivek Ramaswamy in Columbus tonight.
Moments after he stepped on stage,
a person in the audience stood up shouting at him
for a new campaign ad containing Dr. Amy Acton's estranged mother.
It's the most recent attack in this tight race for Ohio governor,
and now it's getting extremely personal.
Thanks for watching 19 News, also streaming on 19 News Plus.
I'm Chris Frey.
Fossey Prokos with the video breakdown and response from both sides.
A scathing new ad in the Ohio governor's race making
the rounds on social media
featuring the mother, a Democratic candidate, Dr. Amy Acton.
I love my daughter, but when I saw her lying about her opponent,
it's not easy for a mother to say this, but Amy has a serious problem.
People can change, but first they have to tell the truth,
and my daughter still isn't doing that.
Don't vote for people who lie.
Don't let her become your governor.
It's still unclear who made the ad or paid for it.
19 News asking Republican candidate Vivek
Ramaswamy's campaign if they were behind it.
Spokesperson Connie Luck did not directly answer,
but said Acton has, quote, serious problems with the truth.
Also in that statement,
Luck accuses Acton of lying about Ramaswamy and his family,
lying about her own record, and of hiding from debates and voters.
The video prompted swift backlash from Acton's brother,
Philip Stearns, who condemned the ad.
In a statement, Stearns says, quote,
their birth mother stayed married to Acton's abuser.
19 News has learned Amy and her mother have been estranged since 1978.
I received a lot of abuse, but Amy always got the worst of it.
She continued to receive that abuse
because she knew she had to protect me from that.
Shame on Vivek.
It's the contempt he has for Amy.
It's the contempt he has for Ohio.
He's not fit to lead.
Dr. Acton's spokesperson, Addie Bullock,
called the attack, quote, disturbing and disqualifying.
saying Ohio deserves better.
Prior to this ad's release, 19 News conducted one-on-one interviews
with both candidates, with each addressing
negative political ads. For more on their
full statement, head over to our website at cleveland19.com.
Vassy Prokos, 19 News.
So now the cherry on top.
James Carville, you know, the raging Cajun, the Democrats' go-to
strategist for 30 years. He went on Bill Kristol's podcast
and said he'd rather Republicans keep the
House by five seats, then Democrats win by five.
Why? Because a skinny Democrat majority would be
hostage to the DSA, the Democratic Socialists.
He says Hakeem Jeffries cannot move.
Now let that sink in, guys.
The Democrats' own coach is rooting for the other team.
This is like the chef walking out of the kitchen and saying, honestly,
just go ahead and eat somewhere else.
Somebody, an informed person listens to this podcast,
doesn't know. And maybe I'll see
three or four more polls than you do,
but they're just like the ones you see anyway.
So it is no...
However, I would be disappointed
if it comes in at 225 House seats.
And that would be...
That would almost be...
I would rather the Republicans
keep the House by five
than the Democrats win by five.
Because if that happens,
they're hostage to the DSA.
Hakeem cannot move.
There's no place for him to go.
Even if you have a close Senate,
But Fetterman would keep Schumer, Pepto-Bismol all night.
So I think this is one of these races where margin matters a lot.
Margin is – winning big is almost as big as winning, which is weird.
But it's a nightmare at 225.
Yeah, that's a good point.
But I – so you think that's sort of – but I think that's the bottom line.
So let's go ahead and add it up.
They're DA under investigation.
They're strategist jumping ship.
their candidate's own mother campaigning against
her all in one week guys democrats what is going
on over there oh in texas you're on the chop oh
in texas you're on the clock too ken paxton versus
