Martial law. These are two words
that make cable news anchors clutch their pearls so hard
that the pearls themselves file a complaint.
Now, according to Axios, activists are pushing
President Trump to consider it if the midterms look rigged.
16 days out. Is it on the table?
Grab a chair, guys. We're about to find out.
Now, here's a twist. The scandal isn't the
martial law talk. It's what triggered the martial law talk.
Tina Peters, the Colorado clerk that the
media loves to hate, just strolled
into the Oval Office to talk election security. Why?
Because Homeland Security ruled that voting machines built
with parts from China and Russia
are compromised. And then it offered every state
a billion dollars to fix them. Red states said,
thank you. Blue states said, nah, we good over here.
We're going to go ahead and leave them
Russian and Chinese parts in these machines.
Well, we like our machines with a little bit of
international flavor. Wonder why?
A billion dollars, free money to keep Beijing out of
your ballot box. And they said, no, thanks.
Oh, you got to question that. This is like refusing
a free smoke detector because the fire keeps things exciting.
So now DHS is reportedly drafting
all sorts of plans to come and get those machines out the blue states.
Sorry, blue states return
policy has expired. Oh yeah.
And, and guys, oh, and it escalates from there. Attorney general
Todd Blanche just handed California a list
of 20,000 names that federal agencies are
now saying are non-citizens on their voter rolls.
This is a whole arena, guys.
California mails ballots to everybody. Asked for one? Doesn't
matter. Here's your ballot.
Here's your cousin's ballot. Hey, I got a whole extra
basket of ballots. Let me just go ahead
and leave them at your house. You can hand them
out to your closest friends.
Here's a ballot for the guy who moved to Texas back in 2019.
You want his ballot? Here, here you go.
Wrote a song about it, like the here, here you go.
look, guys, the feds, they gave him 48 hours.
California said no. Rob Bonta, California's
attorney general, he says it's too late
because the ballots are already out. It's rather interesting.
So the DOJ asked for those rolls a year ago,
stalls for 12 months, and then cries about the
clock. This is not a legal strategy.
This is like a teenager's homework excuse. Meanwhile,
Dick Durbin is writing strongly worded letters,
very strong, lots of words, and Congress still
hasn't passed the Save America Act. I know.
I know. It's absolutely stunning. Please give me
a moment. I need a moment. A little moment of silence.
Okay. Okay. Anyway, today we're going
to cover the machines, the 20,000 names,
the billion dollars that they refused and President
Trump's move when Congress won't. Oh guys, this is hot.
This is the stuff that the evening news
skips. If you're new here, go ahead and hit subscribe.
It's totally free. It's fast. And
unlike California's voter rolls, we only count you once.
And if you or someone you love is on
medicare or turning 65 years old check out chapter
because right now i'm hearing if you call chapter
on the weekends there's usually a little bit less hold time
so i'll leave the phone number down
below. Real human beings, the average senior is saving about 1100 a year
and it is 8 PM, so I mean I
probably a good idea to do it. Phone number's down below: 909-563-8279
and if this opens up your your
eyes by the end, go ahead and smash the like button
on the way out, totally appreciate you
guys. Now picture this, right?
Six in the morning, the phone buzzes on your nightstand. A red banner
slides across the screen, martial law.
Now, when you see that, you sit straight up. You're wide
awake now. Now, here's what actually happened.
Axios reported that MAGA activists are urging
President Trump to consider extraordinary measures,
including martial law, if they believe
the midterms are being rigged, folks.
Now, I want you to notice something. Axios put rigged in
quotation marks. Of course they did, right?
In their world, the only thing that's ever rigged
is a carnival ring toss. So let's be crystal clear here, guys.
This is activists pushing,
not an order, not a speech, not an executive order,
not tanks rolling down Main Street
to enforce martial law.
But here's the question nobody in the newsroom really wants to touch.
Why are ordinary Americans even asking, right?
I mean, people don't wake up on Tuesday and say,
you know what sounds fun?
How about we play a little game of martial law? No, they ask because
they've watched the voter rolls, they've watched the machines,
and they've watched the people in
charge shrug. So is it on the table?
Well, stick around, guys, because the answer starts in the
Oval Office. Look, California mails ballots to people
who never even ask for them. We do the
opposite. We only send things to people who actually sign up.
It is called the Ron Yates
Report newsletter. It is free. No 6 a.m. panic banners.
There's no spin. There's no pearl
clutching. Just the stories that the evening news forgot
to mention in your inbox before they bury
them. Now, the links in the description down below,
unlike California's voter rolls, we actually
check our list and we keep it clean.
Now, picture the Oval Office, folks, the Resolute Desk, two
chairs, stacks and stacks of paper in between.
On one side sits President Donald Trump. On the other
side sits Tina Peters, the former county clerk from Colorado,
the woman that the media spent
years painting as a cartoon villain.
Now, she's not there for a photo op. She is there to talk
election security. With 16 days on the clock, let that sink in.
The legacy media told you that this
topic was closed. It was settled.
There's nothing to see here. Go back to sleep. And yet the
president of the United States is making time for this.
Now, somewhere, a cable news anchor
just fainted into the teleprompter, knocked the whole damn thing over.
President Trump says he is pardoning former Mesa County Clerk
Tina Peters on her state conviction for election interference.
In a post on his social media site, Truth Social,
the president wrote in part, quote,
Tina is sitting in a Colorado prison
for a crime of demanding honest elections.
Peters is currently serving a nine-year state sentence for
allowing unauthorized access
to voting machines after the 2020 election.
No evidence of widespread election fraud has been proven.
Governor Polis reacting tonight in a statement saying, quote,
Tina Peters was convicted by a jury of her peers,
prosecuted by a Republican district attorney,
and in a Republican county of Colorado, found guilty
of violating Colorado state laws, including criminal impersonation.
No president has jurisdiction over state law,
nor the power to pardon a person for state convictions.
This is a matter for the courts to decide,
and we will abide by court orders.
So a former St. Louis election board chief put it plainly.
The president is taking this seriously.
Elections are run locally, sure.
But when national security is on the line,
it stops being a local issue.
So what was that on his desk?
What was so urgent that it couldn't wait?
The answer was made overseas, specifically in China.
And so picture a voting machine, big, beige, boring.
Now, grab a screwdriver and pop open the back panel.
Look inside. Oh, made in China. This is
not a joke, guys. Well, it's a little bit of a joke,
but stick with me, guys. It's just not a
very funny joke. In late August,
the Secretary of Homeland Security made an official finding
as a matter of law. Voting machines built with parts from China
and Russia are compromised.
Compromised, guys. This is government speak
for somebody else may actually have keys to your
house. Now think about that for a second.
We read the label on our cereal box, but the machine
counting your vote that picks the leader of the free world,
nobody bothered to flip it over?
This is China, guys. The country that can't sell us
a phone charger without somebody asking where
our data went. Yeah, but sure.
Let's just go ahead and let them build the ballot box.
What could possibly go wrong? Exactly.
You did your part. You registered. You showed up. You
showed your ID, you stood in that line.
You deserve a machine that answers to Americans
and only Americans. Now, do you have a friend
who swears that their state's elections are just
totally fine? Go ahead and send them this video right now.
Just let them see what's inside that
machine. OK, then let them tell you exactly how fine it is.
Now, here's where it gets absolutely
ridiculous. After that finding, DHS didn't just point fingers.
It opened the wallet. One billion
dollars offered to every state use it to rip out the compromised parts
and make your machines clean
again free money guys billion dollars to fix
a national security problem the only string attached
was please don't let Beijing count your votes
a lot of red states said yes machines fixed oh and
the blue states ah nah dog we're good we'll go ahead
and leave them the way they are these are
the same states that will spend millions studying whether
a bike lane hurts a squirrel's feelings
But a billion dollars to secure your ballot?
Pass. This is like a mechanic offering to fix
your brakes for free and you saying,
nah, no thanks, I like the suspense.
So I need you to ask yourself,
why would anybody turn down free money to protect your vote?
Either they don't care or they like
the machines exactly the way they are.
Neither answer helps you sleep at night, does it?
So the blue states, they said no to the billion
dollars. Okay, that's a bold move
because now DHS is reportedly drafting a plan to
take control of voting machines in the states that refused.
Now picture this, right? A county
warehouse, two in the morning,
some big old trucks backing up to the loading dock, beep, beep. Yeah,
blue state officials standing there in their bathrobes going,
wait, you can do that? Exactly.
Well, here's the argument, guys.
A former St. Louis election board chief laid it out. Yes,
elections are locally run.
Your county, your clerk, your polling place. But the laws
that cover safety and national security, those are federal.
Those laws are federal.
So when the federal government officially says
a machine is compromised by China,
that stops being a local problem.
It becomes a national problem. It's kind of like your neighbor
refusing to fix his gas leak. Okay, fine.
It's his house until it's your whole block.
They had the money, they had the warning, and they had the time.
And they chose, eh, you know,
whatever. So now for the main event, California guys,
Attorney General Todd Blanche, the DOJ just
California a list of more than 20,000 names.
People at the USCIS and HSI say are non-citizens
sitting on California's voter rolls.
What in the world is going on here? 20,000. This is a sold
out arena. Every seat. I mean, Jelly Roll couldn't get that many seats.
Nosebleeds included. Now,
here's the thing. California mails a ballot
to every active registered voter. Did you ask for
one? Doesn't matter. Congratulations. Here's a ballot.
You know what I'm saying? Here's one for
somebody's grandmother. So what?
She passed away back in 2017. But hey, she's still active. So
here's three for the family that moved to Texas years ago.
Enjoy the Lone Star State. Don't forget
to vote in Sacramento. Now, does every stray ballot gets filled out?
No, I wouldn't say that.
But every stray ballot is an open door.
And you don't leave doors open in a neighborhood that you
know has burglars, do you? Exactly.
So, do you keep your contact list cleaner than California
keeps its voter rolls?
Congratulations, you're overqualified to run their election.
The clock has struck midnight in California.
State officials failing to adhere to a 48-hour
deadline imposed by the Trump administration on Tuesday,
mandating a review of a list of
naming more than 20,000 suspected non-citizens
on California's voter rolls. The Trump administration
officials declaring that they will drag the Golden State
into federal court to resolve this dispute.
Well, it's a bombshell lawsuit,
and it comes with the midterm elections, as you know,
just like less than three weeks away.
So the Secretary of State in California
and the Los Angeles County Clerk
were provided a password-protected thumb drive by federal officials
identifying alleged non-citizens who had been sent mail-in ballots.
But they apparently were never accessed
because they didn't consider the thumb drive a secure device, they say.
That's pretty, you know, self-explanatory there.
So Bill Ashlee, the first assistant U.S. attorney for California,
posted this on X yesterday.
Quote, make no mistake, California has no interest
in protecting the integrity of its elections.
A law that isn't enforced is meaningless.
Today, we are asking a court to require California to follow the law
and not count ballots cast by non-citizens, unquote.
So the DOJ made California a rather simple offer.
Here's a list. Take 48 hours, check the names,
set those ballots aside. Not arrest anybody.
Not cancel the election. Just put those envelopes in
a separate pile. 48 hours. That's two days.
People binge an entire Netflix TV series in less time.
The clock ran out and California said
no. So the DOJ walked straight into federal court and
filed an emergency action to make California set those ballots aside.
Now, here's the law
in plain English. It's called 18 U.S.C. 611.
If you're not a citizen and you vote in a federal
election, that is a federal crime. Period.
Not a gray area. Not a vibe. Now, here's what really
gets me. If California really wanted clean ballots,
it's cheap. It's one letter. It's one
stamp. It's not a citizen.
Voting gets you jail and it gets you deportation. Two for the price
of one. Or tape a sign on the polling place door costs about a buck.
Yeah, California has a budget
of hundreds of billions of dollars
and they can't find a dollar for some tape. Okay, enter Rob Bonta.
Okay, California's attorney general.
Now, let's be fair, guys. Here's his case. Rob Bonta,
you know, his case is this.
The ballots are already in people's hands. Election day is weeks
away. Rob Bonta says every count, recount, audit,
and lawsuit has found no widespread voter fraud.
He calls the Trump administration's demands meritless
and says that he'll see him in court.
Okay, heard.
Now, here's a part he left out.
The DOJ asked California for its voter rolls a year ago.
Lawsuits, then injunctions, then appeals.
California dragged his feet for 12 months
and now says that there's no time left.
This is like a kid who ignored
their science project all semester and then shows up the
night before crying, Tom, it's too late.
The volcano's due tomorrow.
The administrator's answer was short and sweet.
One illegal ballot is too many.
We will see you in court.
Because too late is not a legal defense.
It's what you say after you've already run out the clock.
Voting early is key to ensuring that your vote is counted,
especially if you're mailing in your ballot.
To be counted, a mail ballot must be postmarked by election day
and received by the county elections office
within seven days after election day.
There is a key deadline that is coming before November 3rd,
and that is that on October 19th, Monday,
that is the last day to register online to vote.
You can register at registertovote.ca.gov.
Now, let's go ahead and make this very personal because it is.
Picture yourself on election day.
You took off of work.
You found parking, which is a miracle
on voting day, you know what I mean?
You stood in line behind the guy who's telling the poll worker
his whole life story, and you're like, dude, shut up.
Let me just get my vote in.
You fill in the ballot. You slide it into the machine.
You feel good about yourself. You get
the little pin that you can put on your shirt.
I think they're giving out stickers now. You did
your duty. Now picture a second ballot,
different envelope, different person. Somebody with no
legal right to vote slides in their illegal vote right behind yours.
And just like that,
your vote is now erased, canceled out.
Kind of like you never even showed up. This is what
dilution actually means.
Every illegal vote cancels out a legal vote. Yours, your mom's,
your neighbor who served two tours overseas.
Voting is your constitutional right. It's not
a participation trophy for whoever's holding an envelope.
And for everybody who keeps saying
our democracy, remember that the founders built a republic,
a republic with rules.
The rules are not the problem.
The rules are the point. Ding, ding, ding, round one.
So in corner one, the blue corner from Illinois, Senator Dick Durbin.
That's right. Good old Dick
Durbin fires off a letter.
He says that over the last year, the DOJ and the FBI seized ballots,
threatened election officials,
and teamed up with DHS to undermine the states. So Dick Durbin wants
a full accounting. He says state officials are working tirelessly
so that every eligible American
can vote now these are very strong words they're
very official probably printed on some fancy you
know stationary in the red corner attorney general todd blanche
and blanche comes in hot coming in
swinging hot he basically says got your letter millions
of illegal aliens flooded this country
for years non-citizens have been caught voting
and if you actually cared about election integrity
you would help clean the voter rolls in your own state right
this is a jab there's a hook there's
a mic drop all in one paragraph.
Now, here's what Dick Durbin keeps dodging. Nobody is stopping the
citizens from voting. The goal is stopping people
who are not citizens. Now, we got to talk about
Congress, guys. Try not to laugh.
The Save America Act, it's simple. Prove you're a citizen to vote.
Prove you're a citizen to register. Show ID to vote.
That's it. You need ID to drive a car. You
need an ID to pick up your prescription.
You need an ID to rent a leaf blower. Congress,
they're still thinking about it though.
So meanwhile, other countries vote on paper
and they know the winner by bedtime.
California takes weeks. Pizza delivery is faster than their
vote count. So when Congress won't act,
President Trump uses the tools that he has. Expose it first,
then enforce courts, prosecutors, federal monitors, machine security.
Now, martial law.
Now let's, let's talk straight guys. I get it.
People are fed up. You've, you've been told to
sit down and trust the system
so many times that your chair has a permanent dent with your butt in
it. Okay. But federal law,
federal law keeps troops away from polling places. And honestly,
we don't need tanks. We need judges.
We need prosecutors and we need you out there. So what
does accountability look like?
Well, it looks like 18 USC 611 actually being enforced non-citizens
who face prosecution, and let's not forget about deportation.
Now, here's the part nobody tells
you. You can help, legally. Become a poll watcher.
Call your county party or your local election
office. Veterans, you already know how to stand a post.
This is one more. California, Oregon,
Washington, Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois,
Massachusetts, Colorado, North Carolina,
this one's for you. Maryland early voting
starts October 22nd. Be first in line.
And tell me below, guys, did you ever get
a ballot that you never asked for? You know,
one for somebody who maybe moved away years ago?
Drop it in the comments down below. But folks,
here's the truth. Your vote matters.
This is exactly why they fight so hard over it. Pray
for this country, then show up for it.
And if this opened your eyes even a little bit,
hit the like button on the way out. It takes a second.
It helps more people to find the truth
here. This is Sirius. God bless America.
