Living in Mexico - Week 5 - APARTMENT TOUR

I guess day three or four of at looking at apartments it's very hot today there's no wind and as soon as basically there's no wind that's when it really gets sweaty i'm trying to walk slower because i know if i walk at my usual pace i'll be pouring with sweat and i just had a shower i don't want to sweat right now anyway i'm looking at a few flats today a couple of flats tomorrow so wish me luck hi guys day three at day three at looking at the apartments how exciting i'm hoping this is my last day because honestly obviously doing you know how many steps did i do 25,000 steps yesterday i mean it's great obviously for my fitness but seriously like it's just taking way too long i really hope i find something for perfect today because the other stuff fell through and i'm hoping if i don't then i can maybe go for the flat that i liked yesterday so yeah i will show you a couple of flats today because a lot of you wanted to see the flats i'm always super sweaty oh my god what is that and flowers so i have been walking all morning i think i feel completely dehydrated even though i drank a lot of water so i just stopped over here in a nice beach club and decided to have some fruit and coconut um so yeah need to hydrate because honestly i have a headache i need some electrolytes and stuff oh my god this feels so good a lot of the beach clubs oh this is actually Coco Jim Beach but a lot of the beach clubs um they have 500 pesos minimum spend uh i think which is around 25 pounds and that's towards all your food and drinks so yeah oh my god on my way to a coffee shop so loud today so i'm on my way to a coffee shop because i need to find a place where i can work i already changed into my gym gear so that i can train straight after well actually hand is hurting from holding from training uh yeah feeling much better today i was feeling very weak yesterday I also have found an apartment, and I'm going to sign everything on Friday, which is very exciting. I can't wait to have my own flat, can't wait to cook, can't wait to sleep, can't wait to do basically basic stuff. It's crazy how much you don't appreciate it when you live in like other random places. Three more, you can do three more, come on, come on, come on, one, well done, well done, well done, come on, come on, come on, two, last one, three. the gym having my session and then i'm gonna come back pack everything and i'm moving today i'm signing my contract for three months which is quite a long time hopefully the flat's gonna be nice i'm taking a little bit of a risk but at the same time i'm hoping it's gonna be all good i'll show you my flat how it looks i'll do a little tour uh but yeah i'm feeling good so far i can't believe i have been here for so long now i moved in march and now it's mid-april so i've been here like probably six weeks now i'm definitely feeling so much better i was just talking to my sister today and i said i'm so happy that i left because i have time for me i'm you know walking on the beach i'm focusing on my health on my work i'm working much better here and um apart from obviously living conditions which are very very questionable right now but that's getting sorted today how exciting it's all nice and fresh and clean these covers are questionable but hey Mexican funky style i've got my table where i'm gonna eat and work the cool funky kitchen i even have netflix apparently and tv air cons and this is gonna be my savior but the fridge is massive so i've got a freezer and a whole fridge and this kitchen is like literally fully equipped for me look it's got everything all the baking pans even muffin tins i mean seriously that's why i chose it because it's literally got everything i've got all the blenders knives giant um oven it's got six similar to the one i have in london they even have baking powder and all the spices and things like that so it's absolutely amazing all the cutlery then i have this little closet room for my washing and they have a bunch of stuff for snorkeling yoga mats beach stuff you know it's like a basically a fully equipped house and a dryer and a washer um very exciting yeah i'm gonna to show you look at these boards actually i'm really happy i chose this place and i'll show you outside as well you know there's like a little pool it's not giant um and i think i could only probably swim on the other side because this one is too shallow and it's super quiet here look at that super quiet and so spacious and so we move here and this is the bathroom and uh it seems okay she's given me lots of towels and she even changed the shower head for me because i said i wanted more powerful it's very funky style isn't it so colorful i think that's a giant pineapple hey so more towels here everything's so clean and this is the main bedroom and yeah it's pretty huge i must say giant bed uh i've got a lot of closet space more beach towels and there we go a fan and aircon as well which is very important i also have tv here which again i don't even watch tv but maybe i will and the view outside so yeah how cool is this this is the full apartment tour look at the bar as well i can sit here do my vlogs do everything and um yeah no i'm actually really happy because i looked at so many places and everything was just not what i wanted and here i'm literally i'm literally by my gym i'm so close to the beach there is a pool the kitchen is amazing fully equipped and yeah just honestly really happy now um i'm standing here my next three months so yeah it's gonna be uh it's gonna be an adventure i'm really looking forward to uh sharing more videos with you over here and cooking from here hopefully i'll be doing more live shows as well and teaching you some mexican dishes um but yeah thanks for following my journey and i'll see you soon bye
