Hey guys, as you know I have been on a hunt for over a year to figure out whats going on with my stomach and bloating, seems I have found some answers in Mexico. Still I've just started the juicing and treatments, so will see how it goes and how I feel. I am very hopeful its going to be all fixed.
They also found more issues.... but that's in the video!
hi guys hi everybody
so this is gonna be update video about my health and my
bloat first news first i have new hair changed my hair color so
uh too much lighter so i look different
in case you're wondering um i don't even know where to
start it's been a very uh intense week uh for those of you
who know me and follow my bloating
journey you know it's been about a year
and like a month or so uh since i started having like
symptoms and i've never given up i've been going
to a lot of doctors in uk doctors in latvia and i
decided to see and visit doctors here now just
to i don't know like i feel mentally fine you know
i'm very strong i did get of course upset i spoke
to my family in the last week and there was just
all sorts of emotions going through my head
but for anyone who is suffering with bloatedness and
their stomach you know I just thought it
was really important video to make for me
in case anyone else is feeling similar way
and looking for answers not necessarily what I did
will help you I mean I haven't really helped myself just yet
but so I saw several doctors
here in Mexico.
I'm in Latvia and I wanted to see different doctors so that I can get
different tests done
and just to get an understanding whether the doctors would be
on the same page. So the first doctor I saw,
I told him about my stomach. He told me there's
something wrong with my colon
and he's the doctor that now I'm using because he was 100% right.
so he sent me to do a really expensive scan it's called like
a cat scan it's not like super
expensive it's not cheap um around probably 250 dollars
um and it's a scan that scans you know
your stomach uh all your intestines
and just to see like what's going on and then another doctor
was a gastrologist he was um recommended to me here
as well um so i went to see him he put me
on the treatment of tablets for about
a week I've told him all my history about
my stomach and then he told me
to do an ultrasound of my intestines and my
stomach now I have done ultrasound in Latvia
and they never found anything
however here the ultrasound was much better and a lot more professional
actually I was very surprised how much more thorough I would say
the the tests
way here than comparing to like Latvia let's say uh England
is even worse case I'm sorry to say but
NHS was absolutely appalling you know I've had
my stomach problems for about three years
and I've been in pain and obviously last
year they just kept telling me that you know
I just need to live with it and just drink mint tea anyway
so you know I've been giving up my
blood my urine I also did um poop samples uh they haven't gotten back
to me yet so I'm waiting for
results there so i don't really know i have haven't got
the full picture of what's happening
just yet anyway so i went to do my ultrasound
and they found an issue with my gallbladder
so my gallbladder has it's um there's
a specific name for it it's gallbladder
dyskinesia or something like that and basically what it means
that my gallbladder doesn't work
anymore and um gallbladder is there basically it's like
a filter in your body um so it doesn't
digest fat between when you eat
and that goes into your stomach or colon i don't really know
i'm not a medical person right
but the they did like a really full-on test you know the test me
they were like doing the ultrasound
for about like i don't know 30 40 minutes then i had to go and
eat a lot of junk food i actually ate a burger
and and potato chips uh sweet potato fries and
as you know i've been on my transformation as well here
so um it was it was a bit unusual to go and
be told by doctor to go and eat junk food
but you know i mean i wasn't complaining so i had a burger
i had chips and um then i had to come back
and do another ultrasound so they needed to measure how
the fat is reacting in my body and how it works
and that's how they came up with this diagnosis
now I don't have gallbladder stones
or any of the other stuff that require a surgery however
the doctor said that they will probably tell me
in the other clinic to do the surgery because
that's what they specialize in but the doctor
that I trust he said that he would not recommend
for me to have a surgery meaning that to remove my gallbladder
because at the moment it's not
causing me pain so gallbladder is not actually causing me pain
and that's not connected to my
bloating uh my bloating and my pain actually comes all from my colon
so the good doctor that i had
he said he thought i had uh colon diverticulitis now again it's all
these scary names right um
it's basically like if you've had a lot of food poisoning
or you've had something wrong with your
you know colon there's like holes in it
and food gets stuck there and somehow it can you know
expand and blow up now that's why i was going to go
and do the ct scan so i went to do the ct scan
and unfortunately that's
when i didn't have any good news at all now the first thing that they
found was that i didn't actually have the colon diverticulitis
but they found an insane amount of
intoxication within my colon um they
also found that my colon is not a normal shape so if you
think about how colon is shaped you know um like
this my colon was like that and that and that and
it was all twisted and messed up
and it's actually completely abnormal so my colon is basically twice
as long as any normal colon is called
a redundant colon now this can happen for many reasons it
could be you know because I was born
with it this could be because I had
insane amount of food poisonings in Asia
the last you know three years so yeah I
mean there could be a lot of reasons
and basically what has happened was that
they said to me that I was completely toxified
because my colon doesn't work
right because it's so long
when I eat the food doesn't really come out and
and i've suffered with this you know all
my life uh obviously just no one ever told me i just can't
believe they've even missed such a kind of it's not a simple test
but it's a it's something that
you could find out um anyway
so basically what has been happening is that um there is a lot of
food waste that's now stuck and glued to my colon walls uh
which is causing obviously insane amount
of toxicity in my in my body in in everything i
do and that's why i've been bloated i've been
in pain and sometimes i eat something
and it reacts sometimes i eat something and it doesn't
react um basically there's just a lot
of stuff there uh that needs you know cleaning out now
it also comes with a really serious diet
and lifestyle changes as well so it's not as simple
as for me to just do some sort of cleanse
and then you know eat again because my colon requires
a very serious lifestyle change
so from what I understand I have to eat mainly
vegan and vegetarian diets I'm not allowed
to have any more dairy I'm not
really allowed to have any more meat
and yeah that for me was really hard to hear
of course he said gluten is okay
but ideally it's better if I cut it out so
basically any type of food
that doesn't really digest fast and goes through my
colon ideally i shouldn't eat that anymore
and of course um you know lifestyle changes like not
working so much like i do i have
a very sedentary lifestyle you know i work um a lot of hours on my
laptop um so yeah a lot of walking and swimming
and just generally changing my whole lifestyle
now this was you know this was news to me like it wasn't nice to hear
so now i have to go on
the treatment.
I went to get a second opinion about my gut and my colon.
So I went to another
clinic where they specialize in colon hydrotherapy
and more on the holistic side because, you know,
I really believe in science,
but I also believe in the holistic approach because I think our body is
one and I think, you know, everything is interconnected.
And they also did a blood
test. They took blood from my finger
and they put it into the scan and showed me, I'll show you a
video and um you could see live bacteria like what's happening
in my blood right now and there
was a couple of shocking things
that i found they actually confirmed the same thing i didn't tell
them what i found before they just said that i
was completely detoxified there were so many toxins
in my in my gut in my colon um that they were actually really shocked
and this was you know
the second time somebody was looking
at me you know shocked um so yeah it's just kind of all
obviously crazy to me and they
also asked if i've been exposed to any type of radiation or
pollution or any kind of like weird environment
because apparently my blood looks like i've been
in contact with radiation
so they thought that that was very very serious um they also found a
lot of traces of candida
so yeah not great news about anything to be honest but there was even
worse news so I feel like I discovered a lot of things here
but like I said I'm
trying to stay positive
because I'm just gonna take it step by step so they put
me on a 14 day green juice cleanse together
with ozone therapy and color
colon hydration to really start getting rid
of all the toxins that are in my
colon now these are not the toxins
that we consume you know every day because we
do have liver for that and you know liver
functions well i have got everything fine working
there these are the toxins that were actually stuck there
for about a year maybe six months
and because my colon doesn't work the way
that normal people do um that's what's causing the
toxicity and intoxication in my body hence the bloating
and the pain and random things that's
been happening to me for the last year
um so i feel like i kind of have an answer obviously i
don't know me doing this juice cleanse
and me doing all these procedures will help me and will
actually heal my gut that's what the doctor said
of course i have to follow like a diet protocol
and probably change to like more of a keto diet
so a lot of changes you know a lot of changes my
mind is a little bit all over the place
and and obviously candida like sugar so i have to probably
not eat sugar for a long time i haven't really
had much sugar here i'm still eating fruit but
obviously not anymore so i'm doing a 14 day juice cleanse
um i'll do a separate video on that just
to show you what how i feel because i've never done it
but i'm trying to approach it as a challenge
and i'm trying to approach it
with a positive mindset thinking you know either way if this
doesn't work then i still given my system
a nice break i still have um you know give my digestive
system and just everything a break
and nothing bad can happen from drinking lots of green leafy
vegetables right so so that's that's what's happening right now he
also said that i could
have a surgery to remove part of my colon
because obviously it shouldn't be there
but he again he didn't recommend i do a surgery he said
that if we manage to do it in a natural way
like you know natural ways like juicing changing
the diet you know cleaning and getting rid of all
the toxins then ideally i shouldn't do the operation uh
then another thing that you know
was more traumatizing and shocking for everybody including
my family was the um you know and i
wasn't sure if i should talk about it
but um you know guys you're like my family so i'm happy to
share and i don't know too many details on it yet
because i still need to do a bunch of tests which
next week when they did the ct scan um they found
a lot of water around my heart um now i'm only 33
so it's not normal to have so much water around your heart
and it's very very dangerous um so the
the liquid around your heart can cause pressure
and that's when you can have a heart attack or
you can basically die um so it was really really scary
for me like it's still even now like
obviously i don't want to get upset
because i don't really know exactly what it is
uh it could be many many things
um but normal humans should have maximum of 20 whatever
milliliters i think what he said
or liters of liquid it's possible to have around your heart
and i had something like over 80
or 90 milliliters of that um he still said that it's not like insane
amount but it's it's a lot and should be investigated
because you know it shouldn't be
there but they were all really shocked again at the scanning
and the doctor was shocked everybody
was shocked i have it on my cd
and so that's why you know i'm doing more and more tests um i went
to see a cardiologist like internal doctor just
to check my actual heart to see if my actual heart
is working okay and you know from all the tests
that we've done he said that my heart actually
is working fine it's healthy
so like I am technically healthy but the water around the
heart is not it could be a sign
of a viral infection it could be a sign of inflammation
it could be lupus it could
be basically tuberculosis it could be lots of many horrible
things or it also could be just an infection that might
or might not go away by itself
so it is pretty scary you know and it is upsetting
and it's kind of I'm trying again to think
positively that this was discovered by accident
at maybe at an earlier stage than if it would have
gone worse and unfortunately I did have a lot of pain
in my heart before I did my scan and I didn't
even know i had this issue i've had a really strong pain
in my heart for a day and i thought
maybe it's related to my stomach um but yeah
so that's kind of where i'm at now uh yeah difficult
to talk about it because you know
when you speak it out it makes it more real um so yeah but like
i said i'm not getting upset well not too upset just yet
because i need to figure out what exactly
it is um and they're going to monitor me i'm going to do more tests
and then after two months
we're going to repeat the scan
or x-ray to see if the liquid has you know gone away and i'm hoping
that with you know my whole lifestyle change
here you know i'm just going to take it easier
and try and focus more on meditation and breathing techniques
and just you know changing my healing
my gut and and hopefully uh it could potentially you know go away
that's that would be like the
best outcome out of everything
um otherwise obviously it could be a sign of some serious
illness um and i don't again i don't really want to think about it
because you know i'm trying to
stay positive um so that's kind of the update
on what's what i discovered here about my bloat
took a lot of things
but the you know the other two stuff is fixable in a sense you know and
the the hard stuff i don't really know uh obviously i am very young
and i shouldn't have
these issues with my heart
but i don't know i guess life is it's funny right you just don't
know so you just don't know anything about any
day right i mean so i'm trying to kind of just
enjoy every day i've always tried to enjoy every day
because of you know all the past things that
happened in my life so i do appreciate life
and it does make you think a lot it means you think
you know that you might not be here forever you know might
be on this planet forever and
you really just don't know what can happen you know
so again getting a little bit emotional but
i'm trying to just stay positive
and i guess do more tests and see what happens but um
that's the update um if anyone you know has any
experience with this feel free to share your
opinions but i usually find that everyone suggests different things
and it's very overwhelming so i
will read your comments
but please don't like force your opinions on me um but yes just you
know wish me luck and i will update you i guess in a couple weeks
when i know what's happening for
sure and um yeah in the meantime i'm just focused
on hopefully figuring it out that this will heal
my bloating situation heal everything
and um i tried to also think you know why we did a whole
like medical um like a list of all the things
that like what could possibly have caused this
and there was a huge pattern of me going to asia
and after asia that's when my whole probably
microbiome system my gut everything has changed my colon i don't know
because i had serious food
poisoning in malaysia in thailand in bali
in philippines in all of these countries every
time i went i had water and food poisoning
so i would always end up in a hospital or end up
getting really strong antibiotics or pills
or whatever or whatnot and so all of these things
have really really damaged my gut
so if you imagine over three years because i didn't know
anything about gut before i didn't know it's even
a thing i've really damaged it all and so now you
know my body is just obviously not happy
with me I generally am quite a healthy
person you know I don't really I don't
smoke I barely drink I don't do drugs I
don't eat junk food or a lot of sugar yes I'm
a food blogger and I cook a lot
but this is all homemade
and it's not like I eat this every day so generally
I'm quite healthy so it's nothing to do with my profession
although it probably
doesn't help especially now uh anyway guys i hope
um i hope to hear all from you and uh send me
lots of love and pray for me
and uh like i said i'm gonna start stay positive i've done
um ice bath treatment i'm gonna do ozone treatment i'm gonna
do therapy colon therapy i'm juicing
so i hope that in like few weeks one month
my body will heal better and we'll see
