Всем привет! Welcome to my channel! Today I'm going to show you how to make this delicious sticky cauliflower. It's incredible, it tastes amazing. If you fancy something like naughty and you don't want to eat meat every single night, this is a perfect alternative. Cauliflower really gives it very like meaty consistency and we're making this amazing sauce and it's going to be all sticky with sesame seeds. It's one of my favorite dishes to have on a weeknight. first thing we're gonna do we're gonna chop our cauliflower into nice thin slices just like that don't make them too thin but you want to make them nice size so you can bite into it then place your cauliflower onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread your cauliflower just like so we're gonna place it in the oven to bake and make sure you don't over stuff it as well if you wanted to make more you need to double amount of the trays now we're gonna make our sauce you're gonna go ahead and add your honey into a pot together with soy sauce sesame seed oil which is my favorite add that in and then we're gonna add some water and oil and mix everything together okay so we're gonna place this on the stove and we're just gonna cook this until our honey is fully melted and then go ahead and add your cornstarch and mix everything together one more time the sauce will thicken pretty quickly you want to cook this on a low temperature and it will become nice and thick just like that so just keep mixing it until you're happy with it you can also add some chilies if you wanted to or i'm also adding some fresh garlic inside for extra flavor and yeah this is going to be so good you can use the sauce for anything to be honest once your cauliflower has been baked it's going to look like this what we're going to to do now we're going to turn it around and cook it on the other side we really want to get that nice crispy flavor because it's only cooks usually on one side and we're gonna place it back in our oven and cook this for longer once your cauliflower is done and cooked it's gonna look like this it's already gonna smell amazing here we're gonna leave it to fully cool down and then you're gonna add your cauliflower into a bowl and I like it even when it's a bit crispier and go ahead add your sauce and coat your cauliflower in the sauce all the way together and we're gonna get this beautiful dish feel free to add some sesame seeds i'm using black and white they will add that extra crunch and just mix that baby in look how gorgeous this is i absolutely love the sticky cauliflower it's such a great starter main course and people usually don't expect the flavors and they absolutely love love this dish it's so yummy kind of healthy and really really yummy enjoy
