BIG NEWS!!!!

Hi guys! My god, I have some huge news! I had to like sit down on the couch, it's getting dark. I don't know if I should even go outside because I feel like I don't want it to get too dark because I need to tell you. I need to tell you. Oh my god guys, so I have the biggest news ever and I'm actually genuinely so so excited. First of all, I can't believe it's actually happening. second of all I kind of do because it's cool and third of all you're gonna love this okay so drumrolls please I have already posted on my Instagram stories about this but I guess not everybody watches Instagram so I'm gonna tell you here but the big big news is that now in London and across UK in the foreseeable future you will be able to order my recipe boxes what does that mean that that means that you can finally try my food now all the recipes have obviously been as always designed by me and i try to pick the top classical most popular russian and baltic dishes and basically you can go on the website pick the dish that you want to have if you're nostalgic if you're russian latvian ukrainian polish any of the baltic states or post post-soviet union countries you're gonna love it so i thought really really hard about which dishes i can offer to people and what it means you go on a website you pick the dish you want the ingredients come to you in a box like as a recipe meal prep box um you will get a video the recipe card and of course all the ingredients to make it so um yes you still have to make it it's not made for you but it's already all ready and chopped up and measured out for you so all you have to do is just literally cook it up and get that amazing dish that maybe you're missing i want to tell you about which dishes i picked i have chosen vegetarian dishes and also non-vegetarian dishes and also some of the most popular desserts okay so we have beef stroganoff i've added pork kotletki so juicy pork meatballs i feel by the way if you've never tried russian food or baltic food oh my gosh you definitely have to try it now i mean i think it's my aim and goal from the very very beginning why i got into my food blogging and why i started with this latvian niche is because i want to teach people i want to tell people how amazing is our food how amazing and yummy it is and it's not the same like you know a lot of the stereotypical things that you see in movies like our food is not just cabbage and potato okay there's a lot more to it so i've picked so you have the choice to order between beef stroganoff kotletki which is juicy meatballs i've also added uh shashlik chicken shashlik which is very very popular uh so definitely a must try especially now for summer it's like barbecue season i've also added pork uh sorry chicken or pork escalopes which is a very amazing dish like my childhood favorite absolutely love that one i also added two vegetarian dishes, delicious juicy mushroom cutlets, kotletki and potatoes stuffed with mushroom and cheese. So these are like potato cutlets. They're really, really amazing. So delicious, vegetarian fully. And also another one I added was julienne. Julienne is like with mushrooms and cheese in a bread bowl. So I wanted to make it very like original and cool. So amazing. It can be used as a starter as a main course not as a dessert of course so these are oh and another one i added was the chicken tefteli so tefteli is like slow cooked meatballs in this creamy delicious sauce and they are amazing especially if you have kids oh my god kids love these and for desserts i added four desserts i thought really really hard and like you know what could be easy and like what would people love and so we have four desserts we have obviously our famous russian honey cake we also have napoleon cake it's a quick version of napoleon cake so that you can make it at home you don't have to slave in the kitchen all day and the same with honey cake it's a quick version for it and then i added my favorite absolutely favorite russian sour cream blueberry cake it's literally a burst of like shortcrust pastry uh delicious sour cream uh cream cheese filling with like wild blueberries it's so good and of course my favorite fluffy apple russian cake which is called charlotka super delicious super yummy and honestly you will see how easy it is to make to how easy it is to make all the recipes you will be a pro in your kitchen and not only that you will get everything delivered to you guys i'm genuinely so so happy and i have something in my eye oh it's gone don't worry i'm not crying um yeah so i hope you try some of my dishes i'll leave the link down below this video for you to check it out and basically yeah it's gonna be a Russian food available all over London and then expand all over UK and um i'm just super psyched on so so kind of i can't believe it i need to pinch myself because i can't believe people will be able to now try the food that you guys been watching me for years it's been eight years coming up now since i've started my blog and it's just a huge achievement for me i feel like i need to celebrate and i need to celebrate and i'm sharing it with you now and hopefully some of you will try it and if you do please let me know leave the comments or tag me uh on social media i want to see what you make and um yeah i'm just i'm just really happy and proud of it all and i worked really hard to think about which dishes i could offer i am collaborating with this company so it's not me directly sending the the ingredients but it's done through the company of course because can imagine it's not possible uh to send all the boxes but um yeah so let me know which of these dishes you would love to try in the comments down below like and um thanks guys for your support i can't wait i hope you'll try some of the dishes even if it's just one or dessert if you always wanted to try and yeah let me know and um if you have any more questions let me know as well i'm just so excited i can't even sit still um yeah love you guys see you soon bye
