...impact movies and love stories in theaters today. Along with a much-talked-about documentary, Fox's Ashley Dvorkin, live in Hollywood with a look at what's new in theaters and on streaming. Ashley. Good morning, Brandon and Shannon. Yes, all of those are in theaters, and the list starts off with this no-holds-barred, star-packed, game-inspired action of Street Fighter. This tournament is not what it seems. Set circa 1993, Street Fighter follows an estranged duo summoned to the next World Warrior Tournament. Jay, you're going to just accept your fate now. Book-to-screen survival thriller Whale Fall centers on a man searching for his father's remains who gets swallowed by a sperm whale. Police, we're sealing the building. Crawlers unleashes arachnid-inspired scares as a spider infestation puts an apartment building into lockdown. What do you want to know? Everything. Margaret Qualley, Gabriel Basso, and Aaron Pierre star in a story of love, loss, and healing with Love of Your Life. I like him. Daisy Edgar Jones and Esme Creed Miles lead a reinterpretation of Jane Austen's Sense and Sensibility. Cameras follow Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes before prison in You Can See Everything from directors Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim. On digital, the R-rated comedy Let's Have Kids has Karen Gillian and Zoe Chao as lifelong best friends, whose pact to get pregnant at the same time takes a chaotic turn. Apple TV climbs Mount Everest with Gendun Putsak and Tom Hiddleston in Tenzing. Netflix adds the dark comedy Sacrifice with Chris Evans and Anya Taylor-Joy about an environmental gala-turned-cult-based hostage situation. Political thriller series The Diplomat returns for season four. Marvel's Vision Quest kicks off on Disney Plus, Peacock ventures to Crystal Lake for a Friday the 13th prequel with Linda Cardellini as Pamela Voorhees, some of us are meant to wear masks so all eight episodes of that are now streaming and that is certainly your campy slasher option but if you're looking for a horror movie this October for early Halloween I highly recommend that one, Brandon Shannon, all right actually I gotta tell you I watched the trailer to Fox's new Baywatch series and I will tell you I thought it was a bit cheesy but you got to talk with some of the cast so am i wrong i did so well here's the thing i felt like the trailer was a total throwback to the original series though too because you have the iconic theme song you have that slow-mo running on the beach so they're definitely trying to tap into that while gaining a new audience with this cast and i did speak with the cast and they talked about the training and how difficult the training really was for this. They film in Venice Beach over here in California, and they just loved the setting and are very excited to follow in those footsteps of those on the Baywatch before them. Yeah, it's not Baywatch without the slow-mo running. It just isn't. That's right. Absolutely not. And I will tell you that I've spoken to the cast both at the Fox Upfronts and at the Emmy Awards, and they are wearing their Baywatch red wherever they go. So definitely building the excitement for this upcoming series. It premieres in January on Fox. Going all in. Yeah, pretty iconic. All right, Ashley Morgan, live in Hollywood. Thanks so much. We appreciate it.
