Kitakami Hall is home to tons of food stalls, including Snowcones. In this video, I'll teach you to make three different flavors of snowcones found in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, without the need to buy an expensive snowcone machine!

Ingredients:

Simple Syrup:
1 cup of sugar
3/4 cups water
1 TBL corn syrup

Strawberry syrup:
1/2 cup syrup
Handful of strawberries, chopped
Lemon juice, to taste

Lemon syrup:
1/2 cup syrup
1 lemon, juiced and zested
Pinch of salt

Alola Blue Syrup:
1/2 cup syrup
Blue raspberry lemonade drink mix, to taste

To make syrup: place sugar, water, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, then take off the heat.

For strawberry syrup: Place syrup and strawberries in a pot. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the fruit collapses. Strain out fruit, then add lemon juice to taste. Pour into a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.

For lemon syrup: Place syrup and the zest of a lemon in a pot. Add a pinch of salt. Boil for five minutes. It will tighten up a little, that’s okay. Cover, and allow to steep for 30 minutes. Add lemon juice. Pour into a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.

For blue raspberry syrup: Pour syrup into a jar. Add drink mix to taste. Keep in the fridge until ready to use.

To make a snow cone: Place crushed or shaved ice in a bowl or cup. Carefully pour syrup over it, and serve immediately.
