Join me as I return home after spending a wonderful few days in Cornwall, and ease back into the gentle rhythms of everyday life in the English countryside.

In this week's slow living vlog, I'm settling back into the gentle routines of everyday life in rural England. I'll be feeding my sourdough starter, baking a fresh loaf of bread, hanging the laundry out to dry, harvesting courgettes from the garden to bake a lemon and courgette loaf cake, and picking fresh flowers to bring a little of the garden indoors.

Sometimes, going away has a wonderful way of reminding us to appreciate the beauty that was waiting for us at home all along.
