Mindfulness with Leia - 01 Aversion

Welcome to the first day in our exploration of Aversion. Today we will begin by recognizing the first signs of resistance Aversion can take many forms—irritation, judgment, frustration and boredom to name a few.
Sometimes it’s loud and obvious, like anger. But often, it’s quiet: the urge to pull away, to check out, to avoid something uncomfortable.
Today, we’re not trying to fix aversion. We're just getting to know it.
When does resistance first arise? What does it feel like? Where does it land in the body?
The invitation is simple:
Can we stay present when things aren’t ideal?
Can we notice the impulse to turn away but not follow it?
Notice how the body feels after movement. Remember the goal isn’t to force anything to feel better.
Let the moment be enough—even with aversion in the room.
