8,000 square feet in North Scottsdale l Cool House

Today's cool house is a special edition. We have Emmy from Emmy Couture here with us this morning. Nice to see you. Thanks for having me. Absolutely. What a special property that you have to show us. You designed this one. Take us inside. What part of town are we in? So we are in North Scottsdale in the Cactus Corridor area. This is our recently completed 8,000 square foot home and it is absolutely stunning. I can't wait to take you inside to show you details. And on a huge lot in this part of town. Yes, the front yard, backyard, we have designed every detail. All right, let's take a look. Now let's transition to the living room. You have the living room, family room, and a lot of areas to entertain. It's such a great open floor plan and how we really were able to customize each space was with lighting. And as you'll see throughout, we incorporated alabaster lighting in each space. Wow, it is so beautiful. You have the bar, the entertaining space, and share a little bit about the kitchen. The kitchen is stunning. It has double islands that were customized for the waterfall edges to be angled in. And then the hood is also in the marble. And you can't forget the ceiling details because we did an amazing coffered ceiling. It's just beautiful. One of the other wow factors that you have on this property, Emmy, is this grand staircase that you see right off the living room space. Right as soon as you walk in, it is so beautiful. Thank you. One thing that we really wanted to do is doing the ironwork and the chic yet transitional vibe. And we did Wayne's coating on the walls to give great texture. And then we incorporated the alabaster wall sconces going up as well. Oh, how many bedrooms in this house? This has six bedrooms. Six. And how many are upstairs? Three of them, including the primary suite. All right, speaking of, take us inside. Okay, as you go into the primary suite, the bathroom is one of the showcase stoppers here because we did something really unique. We wrapped floor to ceiling mirrors and Taj Mahal. Wow. It is so good. I mean, who doesn't love seeing themselves as they get dressed? Thank you. And the bathroom also, we have great natural lighting. And then we did wrap the Taj Mahal around the shower and also around the vanity. We finish our tour of this fabulous home. Emmy, of course, we have a special guest, your daughter, in the backyard, which is one of her favorite spots. Okay, the backyard is the entertainer's dream home. You have this amazing covered patio, barbecue, you have a sunken fire pit, you have a basketball court, and then you can't forget the amazing pool. It's truly resort style living. And one that your daughter loves. You love swimming in that pool, huh? Yes. Yes, she does. Thank you for the tour. Thank you so much. This is one cool house. Oh, Emmy Couture is so amazing. And you got to check her out on Instagram as well. Beautiful home. So to see more cool house, scan the QR code that you see there on your screen.
