配方 Ingredients:
牛奶100毫升
Milk 100 ml
植物油50毫升
vegetable oil 50 ml
鹽1.5克
salt 1.5 g
4個雞蛋
4 eggs
低筋麵粉120克
cake flour 120 g
檸檬汁2.5毫升
lemon juice 2.5 ml
白糖70克
white sugar 70 g

預熱好的烤箱150℃/300℉烤40分鐘至金黃
150℃/300℉ bake for 40 minutes till golden brown
