When you have flour & water, make this delicious bread。

配方 Ingredients:
温水200毫升
Warm water 200 ml
速发干酵母2克(1/2 茶匙)
Instant dry yeast 2 g (1/2 tsp)
中筋面粉或通用面粉300克(2.2杯)
Plain flour or all purpose flour 300 g (2.2 cups)
盐3克 ( 1/2茶匙)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
植物油7毫升(1/2 汤匙)
Vegetable oil 7 ml (1/2 tbsp)

面粉20克(2汤匙)
Flour 20 g (2 tbsps)
盐2克 ( 1/4茶匙)
Salt 2 g (1/4 tsp)
植物油30毫升(2汤匙)
Vegetable oil 30 ml (2 tbsps)
葱80克
Green onion 80 g
一撮小苏打粉(任意)
A pinch of baking soda (Optional)
