I would love to watch Amanda kind of redeem herself and I think everybody deserves a second chance.
I just don't see that happening. Georgina from In The City, Danny and I are so excited to have you
in studio. We're obsessed with you, we're obsessed with In The City, but you bring such a fun energy
to the show. Did you have so much fun doing this show? Oh, it's the most fun thing I think I've
ever done in my life. Really? Oh, I love that. It's so fun. I had no idea. I didn't expect it
to be this much fun, but it's a blast. You get to go on TV, hang out with your friends, and then
take a lot of pictures and be in the spotlight. I'm a Leo rising, so. Oh, okay. Is that mean?
Well, I'm glad. I feel like you're enjoying mixing and mingling with your friends because you kind of
are good at letting your thoughts be known, but not getting to points of like a Yvonne
and Lindsay having to have a whole little sit-down situation. No, no. Go ahead. Oh, I was gonna say,
how was unpacking that? Lindsay and Yvonne's fight, it was an unpleasant place to be.
They talk every day, and then they just weren't talking, and then Yvonne and I were kind of in a
weird place because she had called me, I guess nobody knows this, she had called me and kind of
asked me my opinion, and I was like, what did you expect Lindsay to do? Just take a whack-a-mole and
she tried. I tried to shut down everything too, and it was just, it was the red wedding, you know?
Was she receptive when you were like, what did you expect her to do?
No. She was like, I expected her to be my best friend, and I was like, oh,
I'm gonna stand out now. I tried to help this situation, and then until they kind of figured
it out, obviously when we got to the house and they sat down and talked, it was like you could
cut the tension in the room with a knife. That's why when we were at the top of the stairs and
room gate was happening, it was just even more awkward because Lindsay and Yvonne were actually
fighting at that moment, you know what I mean? They hadn't talked in a couple of days,
and then they're at the top, it's just like, oh my god, I can't believe this is happening right now.
Speaking of room gate, the whole single mom card that Whitney brings up.
So thank you, that's the takeaway. I'm like, everyone keeps focusing on who said who could
take what room, and Lindsay and I didn't react because we were kind of just like,
our **** already in the room. I already unpacked half my stuff, like what are you talking about?
This is something we would have, it was a great idea, don't get me wrong. Kenny, brilliant idea,
I just wish we had known about it before, and then Lindsay would have, I would have brought
an air mattress. I'm not gonna snuggle Lindsay in a full-size bed. I'm sorry, I love her, but
like you guys said, I'm an Aquarius. I don't snuggle anybody, I'm like, leave me alone.
The single mom thing was just so out of line, it was not nice.
Also, Whitney saying that after, I'm like, I haven't really seen her trying to get to know
either you or Lindsay, this entire go around. So for her to have this, it seems like a very
loaded accusation to throw at you both. Yeah, it was, I agree. I was surprised to hear about it.
She did say Lindsay, and then when Lexi kind of gave me the scoop in the bathroom,
she said, you guys, and even if she didn't say my name, she kind of said it about all moms.
I respect people saying, you chose to have kids, you chose this, and I'm like,
yeah, that doesn't make it easier. The worst part for me was how afterwards she was like,
Lindsay has help, so what is she complaining about? All these other moms who don't have help,
I'm like, and what? What do they do? So they never get to hang out with their friends?
You take all the help you can get. I treat moms all day. That's my job. I live in Tribeca,
work in Tribeca. I'm a dermatologist. All I do is inject moms. It's like, I see a single mom.
I see two moms. I see two dads. I see one dad. Like, parents, you take all the help you can get,
man. You can afford it. Take it. Lindsay also made a really great point. Kenny was raised by
a single mom, so by proxy, Whitney should know better than to sort of make that kind of accusation
or accuse someone of pulling the single mom card, which is nuts. It's nuts. There is a mom card.
I'll give her that. There's absolutely a mom card. I would swipe that all the time. I guess
it doesn't come with a room upgrade, though. That's still just your annex, guys. I am obsessed,
though, that you kind of were really in your reality TV back when Amanda was saying, I know
we're saying Amanda's name, but when you guys were in the bathroom, she's like, oh, I think Yvonne
can hear you, and you're like, I know. Yeah, who cares? I never say anything. I don't want anyone
to hear. But I really liked it because it showed that you guys are real friends because you're
like, I don't want to talk behind her back. I would say this to her, but I have to get my glam
done right now. A hundred percent would have said it to her face, and I did. We're all actually
friends. Lindsay, Yvonne, and I are, I mean, we watch every episode together. Like, we hang out
all the time. I think I talk to Yvonne probably seven or eight times per day, and then Lindsay's
like, me too, and I'm like, does Yvonne just spend the entire day on the phone with either one?
I like that, though. Last night, they called me twice, and I was on the phone with one or the
other, and so I learned. I'm so bad at this stuff. I learned how to, like, emerge. The first time I
messed it up, and then the second time I got it, and they actually cheered for me. They were like,
she did it! We got to celebrate the wins, you know? Have you guys been giving her some good
advice? Because she's almost about to join the mom. She's going to be able to pull the mom card
so soon. Is she excited? Yeah, she's really excited. She's like the least pregnant person
ever, though. I mean, I complained every day. I was like, my heartburn, my legs, everything,
and she's just like, as if she's not even pregnant. It's amazing. But we've been,
she hasn't asked for too much advice, other than kind of what you guys saw on TV, like,
what's the hardest part? And I said this to her, and I'll say it to, like, most mothers. It's hard,
but honestly, when is there anything in your life that's been as hard as somebody said it was going
to be? That's true. Right. You kind of psych yourself up, and then you're like, wait, I can
do this. That's a good point. That's a good outlook. Yeah, like nothing has ever been as
hard as somebody told you it would be, right? Did that also pertain to your reality TV experience?
Because I feel like you probably got a lot of good advice from people, and then was it something
totally different than what you truly experienced? That's a great question. So Lindsay gave me some
advice ahead of time. I don't really, I didn't really get advice from anybody else. Honestly,
I really went into it completely just blind. I barely wore makeup on half of these things,
and there's, like, these comments online, like, she looks so tired. I'm like, yeah,
I don't have makeup on, and I have two kids and a dog. And I feel like not getting advice helped me,
because I've just been myself the entire time. And then Lindsay said that. She's like, just be
genuine. Actually, Amanda, she shall not be named, said that in one of our meetings. She was like,
if you're not yourself, you're just going to re-watch it and be like, why did I say that?
So if you're just yourself, you're just going to be like, she's right. If everyone hates me,
they really hate me. Like, I didn't fake it. If everyone loves me, they really love me. I didn't
fake it. Have you been talking to her at all, Amanda? So I spoke to her at our premiere party
for the first time post-scandal. I had sent her a message kind of just being like, hey,
are you alive? And she just hearted it. So I kind of just was like, okay. I mean,
I completely obviously disagree with her choices. And you'll hear more on that at our reunion too.
And I went up to her and I was like, this is the first great thing you've done. Like,
it takes a lot of courage to show up to this premiere party. Nobody wanted to see her.
She hadn't made any sort of public appearance. I wouldn't have shown up. I'm a coward. I would
have stayed home, to be honest. It took guts. I was like, this is the first good thing you've
done. The next good thing is to break up with Les. And the best thing after that is to start
apologizing. Did you tell her that? Yeah. And how did she receive that piece of advice?
She laughed as if I was joking. You're like, no, girl. Actually break up with Les. Well,
she broke up with Summerhouse. I think they consciously uncoupled. Do you think she'll
break up with in the city? Do you think that she'll be on the next season? Do you hope she's
the next season? So there are two paths. So this will come up. And it's come up,
so I'll bring it up. You'll see it again in the future on TV. She keeps saying this is a mistake
she made. And my point is, like, no mistake as far as Ciara goes. She messed up a friendship.
And my point to her at the premiere and also going forward from there was,
you keep making the mistake. Every day. You can end the mistake and start fixing it. Do you guys
watch Your Friends and Neighbors? Do you know when Sam apologizes for sleeping with Jon Hamm
to Amanda Peete? I don't know if you guys watch. I've never seen it. Her apology was like,
every day I wake up and I want to die for what I did to you. I'm like, that's the level of
apology you need to be giving. And that's not what really happens. So if that happens, I would love
to watch Amanda kind of redeem herself. And I think everybody deserves a second chance.
I just don't see that happening. Also, because it seems like she is not she's all in. Yeah,
she's all in and almost kind of like, not I feel like they're doing like what they would call a
victory. Like, I know, like a lot of people are documenting them out about without them knowing,
but like, they're just they're staying booked and traveling. Yeah, I don't see any sort of
remorse coming anytime soon. Honestly, who cares about their relationship? The saddest
part about all of this is the friendship that was destroyed. And if you can't see that,
then I can't make you see anything. If Amanda remains a part of the In The City cast, and
Wes Wilson is still in her orbit, and she's dating him, how would you feel about Wes potentially
joining the cast too? It's an opportunity to really tell it to him. Okay, there you go.
I mean, I wouldn't be happy to hang out with him. But I would not you guys just said I say what I'm
thinking. Uh-huh. He'd hear it, right? He'd be running away scared. Yeah, I also want to see
Whitney just, you know, form better connections with the rest of the girls on the cast, because
it seems like she really is in need of girlfriends being new to the city, right? I completely agree.
I mean, I took her out, we went out to lunch together. That's something nobody really got
to see. Maybe we'll see some flashbacks of it. But I really tried to get to know her. She told
me about her sisters, her friend group, how everyone's kind of having kids and getting
married, and she is behind and all of that. And I'm just like, dude, you're 35. And you guys are
also so young, like, you're fine. It's New York. You're basically a spring chicken here. 35 is like
23. And it's like, I don't even know anyone who's having kids before 40 anymore. And I mean,
having learned this the hard way, finding the right partner is the most important part,
not having the kid. And sometimes people don't. And then great, like, I have a couple of patients
who never found the right guy. And they've just had babies on their own. Yeah, you can do whatever
you want. Good for you. But you know, if you are lucky enough to find your person, that that's,
that's the jackpot, you know, so. And it's funny, too, speaking of finding each other's person,
when we talked to Lindsay a few weeks ago, she said, because we were like, okay, they keep on
teasing, maybe you and Gavin doing something. And she said, Gavin keeps on trying to make out with
Yeah. Do we think he like is really crushing it? Like, why is he trying to move like that?
I think he did have a crush on her. I think he still does. At the house, we thought maybe
something might happen. But she said it he didn't work for it. Like, why would she make out with
him? Why would you go with him? He didn't even he didn't put the effort and you have to court her.
Yeah. Court Lindsay. Do you like, ship them together? Or do you think he's the relationship
guy? Because I feel like Kenny kind of calls him out for not really being that like,
I think he has a lot to figure out before he settles down. I see. I love Gavin. He's so sweet.
He's a sweetheart. definitely stirs the pot. Oh, my God. And every moment he can, that's the same.
He does. That's real. Yeah, that's who he is. And think about it. If you're with somebody like that
all the time, they do that all the time, you kind of just get used to it. Like, Oh, this is just the
questions without, you know, he would be the best housewife. Yeah, he literally just sits on a table
and I'm like, How did we get to here? It's like we were we were talking about it. I don't know
whether. Yeah. If you could rank Lindsay's potential suitors, like your favorite to least
favorite Gavin milkman or the country singer, how would you rank them? Country singer? Oh, Gavin.
Sorry, Gavin. Oh, I know the milkman is hot. But like, I don't know. He doesn't really seem like
the total vibe. No, they're, he's like unsoothing. Like he stresses me out. He stresses me out. I
feel like if I don't look perfect when I'm around him, I'm just like, we're too pretty right now.
Are you courting any suitors? No, but I think it's time. This is something nobody knows. I
went on a date during the season. I think I mentioned it briefly on the bench with Whitney
and Lexi. And Lindsay crashed my date. I know. It was a lunch date. We went to Square Diner,
which is like a tryback and staple something easy. And he came over to my apartment after
this is a guy who like I was seeing before I met my ex. And he's literally the perfect man. It's
like the most handsome guy I think I've ever been with. Went to Princeton sold his company, full
head of hair, divorce, no kids. Where is he? So he comes over and we're playing Scrabble together
because we used to play board games when we used to hang out. And I hadn't been answering Lindsay's
and I was supposed to hang out with her five and I guess I lost track of time. So she just shows up
in my apartment with a bottle of wine and the guys there and I'm just like, oh my god, Lindsay.
And then she starts to panel him, which by the way, I think is really funny. Like I think we
all should have had little like clip like paddle boards when she was asking Kenny questions. So
we could just like give our response rating. But and he was like playing around and he like
answered all our questions. She even found out how much he sold his company for which I was
shocked. You just got hotter. And then he left. Obviously he was and he texted me. He was like,
you didn't have to like have your friend come over if you were uncomfortable. You could have
just told me I could leave and I was like, oh my god. No, that's not what happened.
Are we sparking stuff? That was the last time you saw? No, no, we tried after that. I haven't
seen him again. He moved to LA. But Lindsay did get information out of him though. That was really
disturbing. She asked him what he was looking for. And he said something along the lines of
not wanting to date someone who has kids. Oh, okay. Because he doesn't want to be second fiddle
to like, real dad. And I was just like, well, I guess she saved me because if I had hooked up
with this guy and fallen in love, that would have been disappointing. Yeah. Okay. So she
for a good reason. It was karma. Wait, and we don't we don't have that much time left. Oh my
god. No, you're fine. Oh, that flew by. Oh, it really did fly by. But because we are obsessed
with all things skin. Is there any like procedure right now or like thing right now that you're
obsessed with it? You're like, why aren't more people not doing this? Or something people are
doing too much up? You can answer both. Everybody's doing too much of everything.
The thing I'm most, excuse me, obsessed with is longevity based treatments like exosomes,
and PDGF and like ribonucleotide, all those things you're hearing about. They're taking
in sculpture, for example, regenerative medicine in Durham, you know, like vitamin C has been
around forever, and it's good, but there are so many things that are so much better now.
So things that focus on rebuilding your own collagen. So like laser treatments,
radiofrequency treatments, and injectables that are biostimulatory, rather than just
filler or Botox. Yeah. Do you feel like you are seeing less and less hyaluronic acid fillers?
Yes. And I've also I've spent the past five years advising against them. Yeah. So people will come
in and this is what they will want. And I would suggest something like a laser or sculpture or
something like that. And my patients were obviously receptive to that. And they all look
great. But I'm glad that society is also kind of making that turn. Right? Because the dissolving
process is like not fun. I did under eye filler, it was a disaster. I had to dissolve it. And it
was just like, it's a disaster. It's unpredictable. You never know if it's going to work,
how much is going to work, you have to do it a few times. Everybody thinks it's like,
oh, I could just dissolve it. Yeah. If it were that easy. Well, everybody will look good again.
I also did nose filler and my skin or my body just rejected it. And it was like,
it was out of my nose. I went into germ because I had horrible acne when I was a kid. And I'm
still treating my own scars. Did you do Accutane? No, I wish I did. My derm didn't prescribe it.
She actually diagnosed me with PCOS, which is like a hormonal thing. That was what leads to
got better. But scars are like I look 1000 times better now than I did when I was in college. And
it's still a work in progress. But I went to see somebody when I was a little resident or med
student. And he told me he could fill my scars and he put silicone right here. Oh my god. And
I'm still trying to get rid of this little patch. And like that day as a med student,
when I realized what happened, and the guy was like such a prominent name. I was so you can't
rid of it. It's almost impossible. So I'm almost there. I got rid of a good amount of it. But
I kind of decided like I have suffered through acne and these scars. And now this person did
something and that's kind of the day it switched for me. And I was like, I'm gonna be a dermatologist
and I'm gonna make sure everybody gets treated the right way. I love that. Wow. I'm sorry you
had to deal with that. But I love it. Yeah. How do you get rid of silicone? Because K. Michelle
and Real Hospice of Atlanta might actually need your advice. So you basically have to laser down
until it's out if you can. There are newer lasers now that go a lot deeper. I'm actually
getting one in my office, hopefully next week, where usually lasers like the laser beam goes in
to a certain point. And that's what you're treating or it goes in. And it kind of like
spreads out. But now we've figured out a way where the laser on the surface, it's like a
martini glass. So I love it. It's on the surface, it's wider. So like your, your skin on the surface
won't get overheated or burned. But as it goes down, it goes into one point, which is much more
easy to then deliver a ton of heat all the way down, right? So I think that'll be the future.
You can't melt silicone. So that's why you basically have to just take the layer of skin
off that has it in it. Listen, I'm a dermatologist, I've had everything available to me. So many
things advertised for both acne scarring and removing silicone are totally not something
that work. I recently this past year have figured out a protocol that really does seem to work for
scars. I've only been able to do one treatment on myself was actually the day before Bravo
interviewed me to be on the show. I showed up there like a freaking balloon. And I can't show
up to work like that. I'm a dermatologist. Imagine. So I have to find time this summer to do another
treatment. Oh my god, but I do love people can come see you to get some in the city gossip and
also some martini life saving martini. Yes. Oh my god. It was so much fun gabbing with
you. Fun. I would love to come back. I can't believe that flew by. I really did. Oh my god. Yes.
