Egg white ··· 32g
Cake flour ··· 30g
Almond flour ··· 10g
White chocolate ··· Appropriate amount

165°C (330°F) / 10-12 minutes

[How to make]
① Stir the room-temperature softened unsalted butter until even, add the powdered sugar and stir until even, add the egg white in portions and stir until even.
② Sift the cake flour and almond flour into the bowl and stir until even. Put the batter into a piping bag and squeeze it onto a baking tray.
③ Bake for about 10-12 minutes. After removing from the oven, let it cool and set aside for later use.
④ Melt the white chocolate, squeeze it onto a cookie, cover it with another piece. Seal and refrigerate for fifteen minutes, then it is complete.
