Easy Cottage Cheese Dessert 🍓🍒🫐
Cottage cheese layer:
Cottage cheese (5% fat) – 500 g
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Eggs – 3 pcs
Cornstarch – 40 g
Sour cream layer:
Sour cream (20% fat) – 400 g
Sugar – 50 g
Flour or cornstarch – 20 g
Egg – 1 pc
Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar (optional)
You can use any berries you like
Pour in the cottage cheese layer first and bake for 20–30 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F)
Pour over the sour cream mixture and return to the oven for another 15–20 minutes
