NO OVEN REQUIRED! The PANDA cake is the simplest cold cake with ingredients you probably already have at home.

✅ Ingredients:
For the cookie layer:

200g cookies of your choice
3 tablespoons sugar (50g)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder (20g)
1/2 cup water (120ml)
2 tablespoons butter (30g)
For the second layer:
1 egg
650ml milk (3 cups minus 1/4)
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
5 tablespoons cornstarch (45g)
vanilla
1 tablespoon butter
For the third layer:
200ml sweetened whipping cream

Chocolate ganache:

90g chocolate (1/2 cup)
100ml hot milk
1 tablespoon butter (15g)
