My favorite!! How to make Yuzu Pound Cake

This is one of my favorite pound cakes. 🍋

If you have some yuzu preserve on hand during winter, I highly recommend giving this recipe a try.

If you don’t like large pieces of yuzu in your cake, you can finely chop the preserve before adding it. Personally, though, I love the pleasantly chewy texture of the yuzu pieces. They make the cake even more fragrant and delicious.

Ingredients

For the Pound Cake

120 g unsalted butter
2 eggs
70 g sugar
120 g cake flour
5 g baking powder
1 g salt
100 g yuzu preserve

For the Crumble Topping

20 g unsalted butter
15 g almond flour
32 g brown sugar
20 g cake flour
1 g salt
Yuzu preserve, as desired
