Today I'm making crispy chicken in a creamy garlic parmesan sauce. The meat is seared to a golden brown on the outside and remains wonderfully juicy on the inside. The sauce is creamy, savory, and particularly aromatic due to garlic, parmesan, cream, and my homemade vegetable broth.
This chicken recipe is perfect if you're looking for an easy dinner that still looks special. It goes wonderfully with mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, or fresh bread. The creamy parmesan sauce makes this dish so delicious that you’ll want to eat it directly from the pan with bread.

📋 INGREDIENTS:
4 chicken fillets, approximately 700 g (24.7 oz)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp vegetable oil
20 g butter (1.4 tbsp)
For the sauce:
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
250 ml vegetable broth (1 cup)
200 ml cream (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
50 g parmesan, finely grated (1.8 oz)
60 g cream cheese (2.1 oz)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp sweet paprika powder
A pinch of chili flakes, optional
150 g cherry tomatoes (5.3 oz)
2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
