A completely new method! Super soft and ultra-moist yeast pull-apart cake to go with coffee!
Heavenly soft pudding rolls, just like from a bakery! ☁️💛
Fancy something deliciously sweet with your coffee? These fluffy yeast rolls are absolutely foolproof, super soft and filled with a creamy, smooth, golden-yellow pudding filling that melts in your mouth!
The best part: they not only smell like baking heaven, but they can also be conjured up in no time at all. Perfect for a cozy weekend or to surprise your loved ones. Once you've tried it, you'll never want to bake any other bread rolls again!

Recipe:
500-550 g wheat flour (4 cups).
80 g sugar (≈ ⅓ cup)
20 g fresh yeast (or 7 grams dry yeast).
250 ml warm milk (1 cup).
2 egg yolks + 1 egg yolk.
50 ml vegetable oil (approx. 1/5 cup).
5-6 g salt (1/2 teaspoon).

For the vanilla cream (pudding cream):
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
4 tbsp sugar.
30 g cornstarch (1/4 cup)
240 ml milk (1 cup)
½ teaspoon turmeric
50 g butter (≈ 3½ tablespoons)
Knead the dough and let it rest for 60 minutes.
Shape the cake as shown in the video. Brush with the egg-milk mixture.
Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 30–35 minutes.
