You'll need:
5 eggs
250 g sugar
400 g sour cream
100 g butter
1 tsp. Baking soda
Salt
Vanillin
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa (20 g)
1 tbsp water
320 g flour
For the frosting:
250 g condensed milk
150 g butter
120 g sugar
1 heaping tbsp flour
Icing:
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp cocoa (10-15 g)
Can be substituted with 50 g chocolate and 50 ml cream.
Bake in a 26 cm pan at 160 degrees Celsius for 40-45 minutes.
