Cake weight ~ 2100

Dough
sugar 300 g
salt 0.5 tsp
vanilla sugar 10 g
milk 500 ml
oil 170 ml
flour 480 g (if you want a chocolate cake, then flour 400 g + cocoa 80 g)
soda 1 tbsp. l. + vinegar 1 tbsp.

Cream
boiled condensed milk 500 g
sour cream 25-30% 300 g

Bake at t 180* 15-18 minutes.
