"Three Wishes" cake — based on an old family recipe!

Today I want to share with you a special recipe – the "Three Wishes" cake.
This cake is tender, fragrant, and very beautiful. It's perfect for a family celebration, a gathering, or simply to delight your loved ones with delicious homemade baked goods.

You'll need:
6 eggs
300g sugar
a pinch of salt
150g butter
300g sour cream
1.5 tsp (10g) baking soda
250g flour
100g dried apricots
50g poppy seeds
100g walnuts

For the syrup:
3 tsp sugar + 180 ml water
cognac (optional)

For the cream:
600g Cream 33-36% fat
390g (1 can) boiled condensed milk
vanillin

You will need:
