The BIG POOL Is Finally Open! My Husky JUMPED Into the Pool!

The pool is officially open, and you know what that means it's time for a Siberian Husky pool day! The Dogs swimming in the pool! Summer is practically here (okay, technically it's still spring, but don't tell the dogs), and Memphis, Kira, and Eleanor could not wait for us to open the gate. The dogs seem to look forward to the swimming pool party days all year long! They may be snow dogs, but they love being swimming dogs too!
We wanted to make today extra special and packed with fun memories, especially as a sweet distraction for Jamie and me. The day we filmed this was the day right before Memphis goes in for all of her major veterinary testing and procedures. We are trying to stay as optimistic as possible, and seeing her so incredibly happy floating in the water and relaxing in the grass was exactly what our hearts needed.
After a full afternoon of swimming, playing with squishy water balls, and chasing the hose, we wrapped up the day with a perfect evening walk. Eleanor was being her usual poofy, goofy self trying to stay in the lead, while Memphis showed us she's still got it, even if she set a slower pace.
