Today I'm bringing you the recipe for red velvet cake, perfect for making a splash at your end-of-year celebrations 😋✨️😱
This cake is a must-have on your table, because it's simply beautiful and delicious 😋 and seriously, right? Tell me this cake doesn't scream Christmas! 🌲😄😍✨️🍓🍒🎂🌲🥳
📝Cake Ingredients:
✨ • 3 eggs
✨ • 350 grams of sugar
✨ • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
✨ • 200 grams of margarine
✨ • 350 grams of wheat flour
✨ • 1 tablespoon of 50% cocoa powder
✨ • 350 ml of milk
✨ • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
✨ • Red food coloring until desired consistency is reached
✨ • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of baking powder
For the jam:
✨ • Approximately 200 grams of Red Fruits
✨️ • 1/2 cup of sugar
✨️ • Juice of one lemon
For the Filling:
✨️ • 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
✨️ • 2 cans of heavy cream
✨️ • 2 bars of white chocolate
✨️ • 2 tablespoons of margarine
✨️ • 300 grams of cream cheese
*My cup is 200ml
*My pan is 20 cm in diameter and 10 cm high.
I used gel food coloring
*Decoration is optional
