and layered it with crispy cookies.

For a 12cm whole cake, you can use the same quantities.

《Tips to Keep in Mind》
If the modeling chocolate hardens and becomes difficult to cut, warm it slightly with your hand (over plastic wrap) to cut cleanly.
Pour the mixtures cleanly into the silicone molds.
When glazing, pour the glaze in one confident, continuous motion for the best result.
