Recipe:
Welcome to my channel! 😊
3 eggs.
170 g sugar.
A pinch of salt.
80 ml sunflower oil.
180 ml milk.
300 g flour.
10 g baking powder.
1 lemon.
Add lemon juice.
Mix well.
Use a baking tin (approx. 27 x 18 cm).
I usually grease the tin with a little butter so that the baking paper doesn't slip.
Bake at 180 °C (fan oven 180 °C) for 40–45 minutes.

30g desiccated coconut.
