Recipe 1:

2 Eggs 🥚🥚.
7 tablespoons sugar.
A pinch of salt.
Some vanilla.
7 tablespoons oil.
7 tablespoons milk.
Zest of one lemon.
Juice of one lemon.
7 tablespoons flour.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
Add the flour in two parts.
150 g cream cheese (2/3 cup).
1 Egg 🥚.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
5 tablespoons powdered sugar.
2 tablespoons cornstarch.
26 cm baking dish.
Line the baking dish with parchment paper.
Bake at 175 °C for 35-40 minutes.

Recipe 2:

3 Eggs 🥚🥚🥚.
200 g sugar (1 cup).
A pinch of salt.
Some vanilla.
120 ml oil (1/2 cup).
120 ml milk (1/2 cup).
Zest of one lemon.
Juice of one lemon.
280 g flour (2 cups + 1/3 cup).
15 g baking powder (1 tbsp).
Add the flour in two parts.
26 cm baking dish.
Line the baking dish with parchment paper.
1 tablespoon sugar.
Bake at 175 °C for 35-40 minutes.
