👋 Hello friends, welcome to the "Hearty Cuisine" channel! Today we are preparing juicy, aromatic and incredibly delicious pork loin chops in a fragrant mushroom sauce 🥩🧅🧄🍄🌿. 🍽 Ingredients:

1.1 pounds (500 g) pork loin.
Salt.
Ground black pepper.
Smoked paprika powder.
Curry powder.
Olive oil.
2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary (optional).
Butter.
2 red onions.
2 cloves of garlic.
200g mushrooms.
3.5 oz (100 g) Bunashimeji mushrooms.
2 tablespoons of flour.
150 ml (5 fl oz) of dry white wine.
16.9 fl oz (500 ml) broth.
1 tbsp Dijon mustard.
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
2 tbsp soy sauce.
Mix well.
Salt.
Ground black pepper.
Parsley.

For garnish:

5–6 potatoes.
Water.
1 tbsp salt.
1.4 oz (30 g) butter.
3.3 fl oz (100 ml) warm cream.
Nutmeg.
Ground black pepper.
Pickled cucumbers (1 per serving).
