SQUIRREL VS HUSKY - Product Review of Kyjen Extreme Hide-a-Squirrel

It's time to do another product review. For those of you that are new subscribers, we do product reviews on this channel from time to time. To kind of show you guys the toys that Shiloh, Shelby and Oakley seem to like. Think you're in the mood to play? Let's find out. Alright! Today's product is the hide-a-squirrel. There's a little squeaky squirrel inside of this stump. And the object of it is to try to get your dog to get the toy out of the stump. You can use more than just the squirrel. You can use other toys or treats or their favorite toy or tennis ball. We're going to open it up and see if any of them want to try to get it out of there. So this is the squeaky squirrel. See it says Gaijin on it. That came with the stump. We're going to stuff it in there and see if somebody wants to try to get it out. Let's see. You all sniff it first so you want it. Now we'll stuff it in there. No you can't. You can't have it yet. Can't have it yet. Hold on a second. What do you think Shi? Can you get it out of there? You are the best at opening presents. I bet you could get that squirrel out of there. Because this is a new toy and they might not know how to use it yet, we're going to drop some treats inside there and see if that entices them to figure out how to get them out. What? They're in there. Shiloh's like hmm. They're in there. I'm telling you. They're in the stump. Get it Shi. Get it. You can play with this. Get it. Get it out of there. Oh Shelby smells it now. It's in there Shelby. It's in there. Can you get it? What do you think Oakley? You're going to give it a try? Shiloh's the dog that likes to open presents the most. So I figured it would be... Oh really Shelby? I think Shelby figured it out. How are you going to get it out of there Shelby? You're going to get your face stuck. Side note on these puzzle toys. Don't ever let your dogs play with them unattended. What happened Shelby? She's like there's a treat in here. I'm going to get it. I'm totally going to get it. Shelby got that one out. Go for it Shi. Go for it. Like I said you can do this with treats or their favorite toy to get them used to it. So they know what they're supposed to be doing. It looks like they have figured it out. Oh what's wrong Shi? She's like oh Shelby. Shelby you totally figured it out didn't you? She's like I got this. I got this. Yeah don't ever leave your dogs unattended with toys like these. This is something that when you're you know when you're with them you can interact with them. The nice thing about the stump is it's soft. So they're not gonna get hurt. They're not gonna hurt their teeth playing with it. Oh no who's gonna get it? She's gonna get it. Oh super up close stump. You got it. Good girl. I already gave you a treat Oakley. We gotta give Shiloh a treat now. What do you think? Wanna get the squirrel? I know he goes in there. Put him in the stump and you gotta get him out. I'm sure after they play with it a few times they'll definitely get figured out a little bit more. Took them a few minutes but they figured it out. So like I said you can definitely practice with your dogs. Put a treat in it or their favorite toy or a favorite ball. Lots of different things will fit in it. The stump itself is very malleable so they're not going to get hurt. You know it's not hard. They can throw it around if they want to. It's not going to break any of your stuff. We know somebody that likes to throw toys around huh Shelby? Shiloh does too. What? Are you gonna get that squirrel out of there? Look! You can get it out of there? What do you think? You're always the best with the puzzle toys. You are. You like opening presents and you like solving puzzles don't you? You sure do.
