750 g flour
200 g butter or margarine
500 ml kefir
2 egg yolks and one egg white
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp 6-9% vinegar
Filling:
4-5 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 head of cabbage (1 kilogram 200 grams)
1 tsp salt
ground black pepper
For greasing the pie: 1 egg white + 1 tbsp milk
