Recipe Ingredients:
2 eggplants
Olive oil
Bell pepper
Carrot
Tomatoes
Salt
Black pepper
Sweet paprika powder
Coriander
Spinach
Green onions
Ketchup 3–4 tbsp
1 onion
Garlic
Ground meat 14 oz (400 g)
Mushrooms 5.3 oz (150 g)
Mozzarella 5.3 oz (150 g)
Preparation:
Sauté the vegetables (bell pepper, carrot, tomatoes) in olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper, paprika, and coriander.
Add spinach and green onions, stir in ketchup, and cook briefly until done.
Sauté onion and garlic, add ground meat and mushrooms, and season.
Layer everything in a dish: vegetables, ground meat with mushrooms, more vegetables, remaining ground meat.
Sprinkle with mozzarella.
Bake for about 20–30 minutes at 374°F (190°C).
