Ingredients (Base + Flavors):
– 2 zucchini
– 1 large tomato
– 100 g cheese (e.g., mozzarella or hard cheese)
– 1 onion
– 2 cloves of garlic
– Parsley (finely chopped)
– Salt
– Black pepper
– 1/2 lemon (juice/zest)
– Olive oil
Preparation:
– Slice the zucchini and lightly salt them. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
– Dice the tomato, grate the cheese, and chop the parsley.
– Layer everything in an oiled dish, season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
– Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes, until the zucchini is soft and the cheese is golden brown.
