📌 My MILLE BOLLE dough is available in a simplified version with a firmer dough (to meet your needs) and only one folding step!

🌡️ Bake at 200°C (convection or static) for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown on top and bottom.

📝Ingredients: 30-32 cm pan
350 g plain flour
240 g water
8 g salt
6 g sugar
8-10 g fresh yeast or 3-4 g dry yeast
1 tablespoon oil
