✅ Ingredients: (The jar holds 200 ml)
1 egg
90 g sugar (1/2 cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
100 ml sunflower oil (1/2 cup)
150 ml milk (3/4 cup)
200 g flour (1 cup + 1/3 cup)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
10 g baking powder (1.5 tsp)

400 g peaches or apricots in syrup
Filling: 200 g ricotta (or cottage cheese)
1 tablespoon sugar

26 cm (10 inch) baking pan
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180°C (360°F)
