🔥 BAKING DETAILS:
• Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 45 minutes.

🥗 INGREDIENTS:

For the Sponge Batter:
• 4 Large Eggs
• 180g (scant 1 cup) Sugar
• 200ml (about 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp) Milk
• 180ml (3/4 cup) Vegetable oil
• 360g (3 cups) All-purpose flour
• 30g (3 tbsp) Cornstarch
• 10g (2.5 tsp) Baking powder
• 10g (2 tsp) Vanilla powder (or vanilla extract)
• A pinch of salt

For the Cream Cheese Filling:
• 300g (1.3 cups) Cream cheese (or cottage cheese)
• 70g (1/3 cup) Sugar
• 1 Egg

For the Topping:
• Fresh or frozen berries (Cherries & Blueberries)
• Powdered sugar (for dusting)
