Everyone thinks it's puff pastry. This is a completely new method. A recipe for rolled bread with filling.
These light and fluffy yeast bread rolls with orange cream are truly a delicious and delightful sweet treat. The soft, fluffy dough rises beautifully, retains excellent moisture after baking, and envelops a light, sweet and sour orange filling, offering a wonderfully fresh flavor. The combination of fragrant orange zest and smooth cream gives the rolled bread a special lightness and a natural citrus aroma.

After baking, the bread is golden brown, soft, fluffy, and irresistibly fragrant. Topped with a layer of powdered sugar, they are not only visually appealing but also delicious. These are perfect for breakfast, afternoon coffee, or baking for guests.
