Entreverdes House is a contemporary residence designed to embrace a sloped site and a preserved forest view. Thoughtful spatial planning, hidden vehicle access, and fluid indoor–outdoor connections create a private and comfortable family home. The architecture blends concrete structure, natural light, and landscaping to support a calm, nature-oriented lifestyle.

Entreverde's house by 24-7 Arquitetura is a contemporary residence designed to respond
thoughtfully to both the challenges of the site and the lifestyle shifts that emerged
during the pandemic. Located within a residential condominium in Brazil, the house sits on a deep
plot with a significant slope and opens toward a protected forest area, which becomes an essential
part of daily living. The project uses the natural 8-meter slope as a design advantage.
A lateral vehicle ramp discreetly guides cars downward, keeping them hidden from the street
and allowing the house to be organized without the need for multiple visible floors.
This approach creates a fluid circulation system that naturally connects the different
levels of the home while preserving a clean and calm street presence. From above,
the house reveals a carefully composed landscape of solids and voids.
Landscaping is not treated as an accessory but as an extension of the architectural experience.
The ground floor is positioned at the highest level permitted by regulations,
allowing the main leisure spaces to face the forest while remaining private from the street.
A partially cantilevered concrete volume houses the swimming pool,
keeping it visually protected while reinforcing the sculptural quality of the architecture.
Private family spaces are located on the upper floor, where a stepped bleacher terrace offers
a unique outdoor area for relaxation, contemplation, and enjoying the expansive views.
Throughout the house, openings are carefully placed to maximize natural light and cross
ventilation, with the building more enclosed to the west and open toward the north and south.
With its mixed concrete and metal structure, thoughtful spatial organization, and strong
relationship with the surrounding landscape, Entreverde's house expresses a contemporary
approach to residential design, one that values privacy, nature, and a more balanced way of living.
This project reflects the essence of modern architectural living featured on Urchinest.
