A Small House Built for the Desert Landscape

PATH is a minimalist one-bedroom retreat in South Africa’s Karoo, designed as a quiet dialogue between architecture and the vast desert landscape. Three interlocking brick volumes, dramatic vertical proportions, courtyards, natural materials, and passive climate strategies create a compact home shaped by light, shadow, texture, and sky.
