2I4E House, designed by P+0 Arquitectura and David Pedroza Castañeda, is an 84-square-meter weekend retreat nestled in the wooded landscape of Santa Catarina, Mexico. Designed around the concept of two interior volumes and four outdoor spaces, the house adapts to its sloping terrain while maintaining a close connection to the surrounding forest. Its compact layout includes a forest-facing bedroom, an elevated living area, an open kitchen, and a series of terraces and rooftop spaces. Exposed concrete, locally sourced stone, and carefully positioned openings create a simple architectural character, allowing natural light, changing shadows, and mountain views to shape the living experience.
